I bought a Pixel 4 rated 'Good. It arrived promptly direct from the reconditioning company and has no visible marks. Everything appears to be working fine but I cannot see any way to check the battery's state of health (i.e. if it is holding charge well) but I have no problem with the battery but it is not the biggest among mobile phones. The Pixel 4 suits my requirements and budget. I wanted a good camera and with a telephoto lens, so I am happy with that.

Great! Perfect for my daughter's first phone. It arrived quickly and without fuss. Will buy a phone from here again.

Great quality phone, condition was fair but no visible damage, audio speakers, camera and charging ports work perfectly. Dispatch and delivery was swift and more points for using Royal Mail (not a fan of Evri). Thanks backmarket a good quality phone for an affordable price 👍🏼

Phone is in fabulous condition, much better than I imagined "fair" would mean. Next day delivery was just the icing on the cake.Very happy with the whole experience and would definitely use the service again when an upgrade is required.

The Google Pixel 4 rated as excellent is barely distinguishable from brand new, is operating flawlessly and was sent in sturdy packaging at lightning speed with full tracking details. I am very impressed with the whole experience.

I normally prefer brand new things. This was my first experience with a refurbished gadget and I am so happy with my decision. Although I worry a little bit about the battery of this phone but that is something built-in by the manufacturers. Overall Device is great and feels just like new. Will shop again.

Just come to the end of a two year contract, and the free upgrade is to a phone too big to hold comfortably in one hand. So I switched to sim only and bought this refurbished pixel 4. Comfortable to hold, and very happy with the performance.

The phone arrived fast. It was in good condition even though it's fair. Good value. Too expensive new? Too risky second hand? Just right refurbished.
