face lock not working

This has been an awful service. The phone didn't work, so I sent it back. It was stolen in the post (not clearly backmarket's fault). I have then had my time wasted my what I assume must be a poorly programmed customer service bot who keeps asking me to provide information. I provide it. Then then ask me to provide it again. I ask them to escalate to their supervisor. They then ignore this and ask me to provide information I have already provided several times.

First phone ("Good" condition) supplied with appalling battery health - 59%. Sent back and then returned to me with 81%. Ok so it's *just* above the battery guarantee but it's usable life is measured in weeks and it's already a weak point of the Pixel 4. Expected more and wouldn't recommend.

Unfortunately, my son's smartphone made contact with the concrete floor. He needed a replacement that was cheap, functional and could be delivered quickly. That's exactly what I found here: a Pixel 4 at an unbeatable price. Everything worked perfectly!
