    Overall I am pleased with my refurbished Sony. Something I would have liked the info to tell about though, is the fact it seems to be a Japanese software install rather than the UK one that I am used too. it also came with difficult to uninstall bloatware type apps which were also in Japanese. That side of it has been disappointing but now that I have had time to fiddle, it seems to work well.

    I bought a Sony Xperia 10 iii from BackMarket, refurbished in good condition, for a very good price! I was after a new phone (well, refurbished!) I spent days looking at all the Sony Xperia phone's available, until I decided on the Sony Xperia 10 iii. I was/am extremely happy with the phone I received! The condition was described as Good. But honestly, when I took it out of the very well packaged box, it looked Brand new!! I knew it only comes with a charging cable, so as soon as I bought my phone I bought an Official Sony wall Charging plug, just to make sure the phone is recieving the correct voltage when charging. I am very impressed with the phone! I have had a couple of old Sony Ericsson phones, years ago, and they were my favourite phones I've had. So glad I decided to go back to Sony, after having Samsung phones I didn't really like. The build quality is second to none. The phone looks incredible. The screen is slightly narrow with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Apparently a lot of people don't like it, but it is perfect for YouTube, or watching film's. I only have one little gripe with the phone! The volume isn't all that loud, through the phone itself or the use of headphones or earphones. But it does have a 3.5 mm headphone jack socket, which I love! Oh yeah, it only has a single speaker on the phone unfortunately. Maybe that makes two little things I didn't quite like, but I can easily live with. Forgot to mention, you can split the screen and simultaneously use two different applications at the same time! I've never seen anything like it! The phone does feel slightly slippy with the Gorilla glass coating, but when I bought the Sony wall Charging plug, I also bought a Tempered glass screen protector and a clear Silicone gel shock proof case cover. They both arrived a few days after the phone, but immediately fixed the issue of the phone feeling like it could slip from my hand. All in all, I love my new phone, The service I received from BackMarket was First Class! So I can highly recommend the Sony Xperia 10 iii, and also BackMarket itself for providing me with an awesome refurbished Sony Xperia for an awesome price! 10/10

    I ordered an "Excellent condition" refurbished phone but received a phone in fair condition. There were numerous scratches on the phone body and a couple of very noticeable scratches on the screen. The phone was also a Japanese version and not compatible with the UK's 5G network though worked fine with 4G. Because the phone was not in Excellent Condition as expected I sent the phone back for a full refund and ordered another phone in "Good condition" from one of BackMarket's competitors that arrived in much better condition than the supposedly "Excellent condition" phone from BackMarket and was also a UK phone. At least there were no problems returning the phone for a refund but I will not be using BackMarket again.

    Great buy - phone is great for the price and looked in mint condition. The only negative was quite a lot of Japanese built in apps on the phone (I assume that's where it originated) but doesn't seem to affect anything important. Would definitely buy from Back market again.
