2.2/5This has been an awful service. The phone didn't work, so I sent it back. It was stolen in the post (not clearly backmarket's fault). I have then had my time wasted my what I assume must be a poorly programmed customer service bot who keeps asking me to provide information. I provide it. Then then ask me to provide it again. I ask them to escalate to their supervisor. They then ignore this and ask me to provide information I have already provided several times.
