face lock not working

This has been an awful service. The phone didn't work, so I sent it back. It was stolen in the post (not clearly backmarket's fault). I have then had my time wasted my what I assume must be a poorly programmed customer service bot who keeps asking me to provide information. I provide it. Then then ask me to provide it again. I ask them to escalate to their supervisor. They then ignore this and ask me to provide information I have already provided several times.

First phone ("Good" condition) supplied with appalling battery health - 59%. Sent back and then returned to me with 81%. Ok so it's *just* above the battery guarantee but it's usable life is measured in weeks and it's already a weak point of the Pixel 4. Expected more and wouldn't recommend.

Excellent produit pour moi. Il me faut encore du temps pour m'adapter aux différences par rapport à l'ancien mais cela devrait se faire dans trop de difficultés. Je m'attendais tout de même à une plus grande autonomie. Je dois le recharger quotidiennement.

Der Preis spricht für sich. Bei meinem Pixel 4 (habe ich mir als Ersatz für ein anderes Pixel 4 geholt) wurden Vorder- und Rückseite erneuert, was von der Sache her gut ist, allerdings in einer deutlich schlechteren Qualität als Original, wodurch das Display viel schneller und einfacher zerkratzt.Die Helligkeit und Auflösung sind aber gut und mit dem Original mindestens vergleichbar, die Farbtemperatur ist etwas abweichend, aber das ist bei den Originalen auch so.

Para ser un teléfono usado estaba en muy buen estado. Mi conclusión es que no voy a volver a comprar un móvil nuevo en la vida. Tiene mucho más sentido tener un gama alta de hace algunos años. Como experiencia, un 10.
