Phone arrived as stated, in a non genuin box but not a mark on it. Looked new! Battery health says good (no.petcentage given on Samsung). Very pleased, if it lasts I will definitely order another refurbished from them in future!

Very happy with Samsung phone. Described as very good and it is unmarked and looks to all intents and purposes virtually new. It turned up quickly and on time and was good value compared to other vendors selling refurbished phones. Have used Back Market for business phones previously and this was again an extremely easy and stress free transaction and would therefore be happy to recommend Back Market if you're looking for a refurbished phone.

First of all, yes, the phone is as described, its condition is excellent, no scratches nor marks anywhere. The delivery was fast and the price was attractive. Refurbished tech is the way to go. The phone itself takes a bit of time getting used to. It's fast and definitely upper mid range. The screen is very decent and the camera-tech very good. The form factor is to me a game changer, yes, there is a crease that you tend to forget about but the action of flipping the phone is really satisfying. And even if there is very little you can do with the front cover it is sill pretty decent if you need a quick glance at what's going on The only downside is the battery life which is definitely middle of the road and then there is all the Samsung bloatware stuff. Very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic service and purchase. I was a little worried about buying a reconditioned phone,not knowing what to really expect. But my concerns disappeared when my Flip4 arrived. The condition said very good, but it was like new. Not a mark or scratch on it. I've left it for 2 weeks to leave a review just so I could be confident in the phone's operation. Again it's just like a new phone and hasn't missed a beat. I certainly won't be buying a new phone again. I had to buy a charger and cable separately even though a cable came with the phone. That's just so I could charge at 25 watts which is much quicker. Excellent shopping experience.

I selected my zflip 4 in 'good' quality expecting the worst, but honestly i am amazed with how good 'good' quality actually is! Just a small paint chip on the hinge and a perfect screen - the battery was decent, holds better on protect battery mode which is cool with me. I found backmarket, after breaking my original flip 4, when it was reccomended to me by a family memeber. Turns out it's cheaper to get a refurbished zflip 4 than getting a broken screen fixed!
