Fantastic service and purchase. I was a little worried about buying a reconditioned phone,not knowing what to really expect. But my concerns disappeared when my Flip4 arrived. The condition said very good, but it was like new. Not a mark or scratch on it. I've left it for 2 weeks to leave a review just so I could be confident in the phone's operation. Again it's just like a new phone and hasn't missed a beat. I certainly won't be buying a new phone again. I had to buy a charger and cable separately even though a cable came with the phone. That's just so I could charge at 25 watts which is much quicker. Excellent shopping experience.

this is the 3rd device that I have purchased from Back Market and I am absolutely delighted with it. I opted for the 'good' condition and have yet again recieved a device in immaculate condition...complete with Samsung original screen protectors. I recieved my new device in just 24hrs after purchase (which was actually quicker than my husband revieved his upgraded device from Vodafone!) I have no negative feedback for Back Market and will definitely use them again when I want to upgrade this device. I have and will continue to recommend to family and friends. Absolutely in love with this phone! says its fair quality but I can't see any scratches or cracks anywhere, the only thing is the screen protector had slightly bubbled in the corner of the fold but that is easily replaced and it's not bothering me at all. Amazing quality! I've had it for nearly 2 weeks now and 0 problems, definitely buying from back market again in the future! :)

Sale and service was brilliant and the phone is great. Not 100% confident the battery is fast charging normally but also not 100% sure that my apps aren't sapping it. Who knows these days. But either way I would use back market again.

loved it, way better option and affordable than buying the real thing. literally came perfect and like new no fingerprints on the phone whatsoever and I really loved it the camera was probably the highest quality and clear camera ever

Absolutely amazing! At first I was hesitant because it's such high profile phone and I had only ever had phones my Mom could get as an upgrade from our network provider, but it's like I bough it straight from the store! It looks and feels brand spanking new, and definitely worth it!!
