    New phone is great, returning the old one not so great. I've taken good care of it since I bought it from back market 2 years ago and kept a case and screen protector on but the screen now has an internal glitch where when you do the flip mechanic the screen gets lines on it which is a known glitch on these phones, now I've only got £30 back for this phone right when I'm trying to buy my first home, I really didn't want my phone to break right now and only getting £30 back after taking good care of it sucks!! BTW when my roommate ordered a phone from you guys it turned up with this exact same glitch straight out of the box so its clearly something you guys don't check for when deploying phones, only when receiving them, how convenient!!
