    This was purchased for my 76 year old dad . He wanted a small easy managable phone and this was ideal. He can pop it in his pocket and it's not too heavy . I've bought 2 of these from back market now and I will use them for all my purchases as they do what they say on the tin . Both my z flips have been in better condition than expected also . Only criticism I have is the battery isn't the best but I'm guessing that's more to do with age and model rather than backmarket. All in all ,fab experience with this company .

    I receive my phone in good condition as it is new. One time there was a problem with charging. I did not press the charging port properly and an error message was given when I tried to charge and did not charge. But when I reset the phone to return it, just before putting everything back in the box, I decided to test it one last time before sending it, and to my surprise, it charged normally without the usual error message.
