Refurbished Galaxy S24 series

I recently ordered a phone from the Back Market website, and my experience was simply wonderful! I chose the Samsung S24 Ultra model, and it exceeded all my expectations. The phone is in excellent condition, looks like new, and works flawlessly. I was especially pleased with the fast delivery – the order arrived the next day. This was my first purchase from this site, but I am completely satisfied. I now recommend Back Market to everyone looking for high-quality tech at a reasonable price!

So happy with my new Samsung S24, it is in perfect condition. I originally was not sure about the colour but really happy with it. You wouldn't know that the phone wasn't new as the battery is working well and the phone has no scratches or wear and tear.

just had 2 phones delivered from back market ,ordered Thursday pm arrived Friday am ,can't get better than that .the phones are like new ,this is my second purchase from them so easy to order excellent service all round thanks Gary

Product has a good quality and no marks or touch on the device looks brand new. Only disadvantage was the battery some days it’s good some days it’s bad, but overall l will 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a very good performing Device

All in all good service only down side it the £7.49’you add on for checking g the phone over surely when you are buying a phone for near £600 that should be included on the price Bad bit aside the phone was in great condition

There are so many scams online for refurb and new phones it's difficult to know who to trust. After deciding to go with a refurb this time the only creditable choice looked to be Back Market I ordered an S24 ultra in good condition and it arrived the next day with not a mark on it. It looks brand new! The only slight niggle is the emails I got tracking the delivery gave a reference and link to the Royal mail website. They didn't work, that was because it was delivered by DPD. But as it arrived a day earlier than expected it was no big deal Overall, very happy with my experience. I would definitely use Back Market again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a refurb phone

The phone was a good price and in good condition. No faults so far and battery health is also good. I wasn't expecting it to be the american model, but it doesn't really matter.

I bought it in excellent condition and it looked brand new with the original box and cable the delivery was quick as well
