    Excellent Note 20 Ultra. Great quality, price & experience. Backmarket.co.uk are THE best for refurbished phones. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

    The phone was exactly what I was looking for, for a fraction of the price. It was in excellent condition. The delivery was extremely speedy and the packaging was extremely protective. The automatic year warranty is awesome but the additional two years insurance is VERY reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

    Really like the app and how fluid everything is with the communications. The only thing wrong is the lazy couriers at the end of your supply chain. £300+ item was delivered to the wrong street address with a one click reveal picture by DPD. This is not on with the monetary value of the product.. I would change to special delivery by Royal mail. Some couriers are destroying businesses due to culturally not being of the same moral decency.

    I liked the phone ,but I noticed that the shut doest work and it's shaking behind the phone ,but for every other thing the phone is okay ...I choose not to return the phone becos.i needed a phone right away so I would like for future sake Backmarket should always inform sellers about phones indicated as good should be thoroughly checked .the delivery was on time and I will be purchasing again..same phone .
