    I am so impressed with with service! I was very apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone off the internet, from a website I had only just heard of. But I am so glad I did! I did spend a little more because I chose an excellent quality phone. I honestly cannot tell that it wasn't brand new. And it saved me over half, or from being tied in to an expensive contract.     I wanted to upgrade, from an iPhone 6s, to an iPhone 12. I trawled the net and Backmarket come up with the best prices for refurbished phones. The delivery was great, a day earlier than expected and I couldn’t wait to play with the new phone that was well rated by most bloggers etc. It was quite a bit bigger in the hand, and with a case, even more of a handful however, I’d made the jump and am determined to get used to it. Backmarket maintained good communication throughout the transaction and delivery. My only gripe is these phones are not waterproof, as are they when new. Unfortunately, I discovered this when reviewing the confirmation email after ordering the product. (New iPhone 12’s are good for immersion in at least 6 metres or more). So now I am left wondering just how safe it it to exposure of water, meaning I can’t take the chance and will have to act accordingly and live with it, as I can’t afford to purchase a new one. Such is life….

    Bought an S10+. Spanking condition. Had some trouble transferring data from old phone but that was down to dodgy Samsung transfer App. As production of S10+ is 2 years old Samsung Internet has requested version after version of updates. Persevere, it will catch and you will be left with a great phone at a fraction of the cost. Its like buying a 2 year old car, not new, but great value as the original owner fronts the drop in value. Great for the environment too... winner!

    Apart from the fact I made a mistake, thinking this was a waterproof, dust proof phone, which I checked the lite isn't; apart from that very happy, easy to use, easy to set up, very modern phone ( I'm definitely not tech savvy). Looks like a new phone. I've just bought a £10 waterproof/ dust proof cover, and all works very well. A tech friend said I got very good value for money for the phone!
