I am pleasantly surprised! I had just ordered 5 refurbished samsung galaxy a51’s last month on amazon to give to my family in another country. Great price but there were multiple issues with the phone and 3 of them have stopped working. I was extremely sceptical with buying another refurbished phone. My daughter had been researching on this site to look for a phone for me to use. I placed the order yesterday was told that it would come next week but i received it next day! Absolutely fantastic. Straight out of the box it looks brand new, body is clean, no scratches it looks perfect 🥳 Honestly so happy with this purchase, would definitely recommend and i will be buying again soon !

First time I've used back market, I admit I was uncertain if buying a refurbished phone was a good move. But with the 12mth warranty felt well they must feel confident of their phones! So I gave it a try, and so far so good. The phone was in an almost as new condition which surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Lots of communication along the way keeping me informed on delivery. I also was able to trade in an old samsung for £43 that I didnt plan on doing. I thought its at least a saving off the price I paid for the new one. So yes was pleasantly surprised and would buy again in the future that offers the chance to buy a more high end phone for a more affordable cost. If I had to make one negative, which really isnt a big issue, the deposit for the trade in takes upto 6 working days to go into a bank. But as promised I did receive the funds within the 6 working days. Otherwise, yep, liked everything.

I was really skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but I'm really happy with it. There wasn't a mark on the phone. It arrived factory resetted and everything works as should. The only problem which I'm marking down for is battery life. I have bought another battery to replace the one that came in this phone so we'll see if it makes it better.

I bought a S21 unlocked model graded as "fair". The phone was immaculate and seems to be working in excellent order.very straightforward website to use and the delivery tracking and service was excellent. I also used the trade-in option when purchasing my phone to sell on my previous .
