This is the second phone l've bought so l had high expectations. I was not disappointed! Another fast delivery and a phone in what looked like perfect condition. I'm so glad l updated and l love my Samsung Galaxy S 21. I updated mostly for the camera as l do art/ use my phone camera a lot..what a difference from my old phone. The Samsung Galaxy s21plus I purchased was as described "Excellent". As good as new as far as I can tell. Delivery was on time and the product was well packaged. Well to be perfectly honest I'm quite disappointed when I compare my previous experience with buying excellent condition refurbished phones. The phone that was sold to me turned out to be from US market which means it does not fall under Samsung repair service in UK (they can't fix it, if it breaks). Additionally, I found some dust inside the camer lense for selfies which suggests to me a broken seal when someone cleaned the microphone. That means the phone no longer meets the IP68 standard. It is most likely no longer sweat/fog/steam/dust/moisture proof. I suppose 4 stars are for how clean and scratch less it was and the nice person from your service! I am incredibly happy with my phone. Apart from the tiniest scuff on the back (which is barely noticeable unless you inspect it as I was) its in perfect condition. No complaints whatsoever for this refurbished phone. As good as new (the alarm had an Indian accent to start with but I was able to turn the voice off after fiddling about for a bit). Well packaged and delivered on time. Phones do not seem to be evolving as fast as they did a few years back so, for me, it made sense to go for a refurbished, high end model from a few years ago. Navigation on the site looking for a refurbished phone was really clear and well laid out. Nice not to see lots of drop down lists. Ordering the phone (Samsung S21+) was very straightforward and delivered very quick. The phone was well packaged and as I ordered the unit in Very condition, it was immaculate. It already had 70% charge, so I was able to this up and running, updated and tested without any issues. Thoroughly recommend backmarket, and will be ordering from them again. One suggestion though. Although you supply a USB cable, it would be helpful to provide a sim slot ejection pin.
