Just perfect. I needed a new phone for my teenage son after he broke his last one. Can’t really afford a new IPhone and also happen to believe that children don’t really need the latest model ( they either get mugged or brake them ). I recently purchased an iPhone from Back Market and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Initially, my tracking information showed that the delivery would be by July 30th, but to my pleasant surprise, it arrived on July 27th. The condition of the phone is outstanding—absolutely no scratches, and it looks as good as new. Additionally, the battery health is at 100%, which is fantastic. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it came with a USB to Lightning cable; I was expecting a Type-C to Lightning charging cable. Other than that, the service exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Back Market for anyone looking for quality refurbished phones. Great job!

Pleased with phone. Arrived sooner than expected. Only trouble was I couldn’t use it for nearly two weeks as I was waiting for the case and screen protector to arrive. Took almost 2 weeks longer to arrive! Phone is great though.
