After reading many reviews, I purchased an XR 64GB phone, I choose excellent condition option. Easy to order. The phone was delivered within 3 days as stated on their website. The condition of this phone is excellent, it is like a brand new phone, I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase. No problems with setting up etc., I was very dubious about buying a reconditioned phone, but I’m so glad that I have taken the plunge to buy a reconditioned phone. Good value for money too. I would strongly recommend Back Market for reconditioned phones. Phone came in great condition, my son is really pleased with it. Was sceptical about buying refurbished tech but was proved wrong. Would highly recommend, phone was like brand new, no issues with battery, charge lasts a long time. Quick delivery, no issues whatsoever. The phone is as described 10/10. Delivered on the expected delivery date that was as given 10/10. There was only one thing wrong and that is they replaced the original Apple battery with a none apple battery which the iPhone does not recognise it. So therefore l am unable to check my battery health. So I can’t tell if the battery is new or on its way out. I kept putting off upgrading my old iPhone until someone offered to buy me one as a Christmas present and my son recommended Back Market. There was so much choice so not really minding which iPhone I got I set a budget and decided that way. I’m extremely happy with the iPhone XR I chose which was advertised as ‘good’ condition but I can’t see a mark on it.
