    First time buying a reconditioned phone. Granted that gadgets are not my thing and I take no joy in changing phones, setting up computers etc. this was more cumbersome than I had hoped. I had expected the phone to have been wiped and ready to set up 'as new', instead it was full of stuff, all of it in Korean (all settings etc seem to be geared towards Korean) so it's taking me hours and a lot of frustration to make this work for me. Phone itself looks ok but not sure I'll be back or even keeping this phone.

    Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G "Excellent" Cosmetically the phone was better than I would expect. Unfortunately the phone I was sent looks like it has been unused for a reason. It has a fault with the screen graphics which splits the screen and alters colors to what can only be described as broken. The phone also freezes frequently and won't power down or reboot until it allows me to force shut down. I paid nearly £200 and have no way of communicating directly with a representative of Back Market. Before leaving this review I attempted to try the contact team, but the link was down. I'll now have to buy a new phone while awaiting refund for this unit because 5 business days plus postage for repair time is too long to be without communication. I understand things can go wrong, but this phone was sent faulty. There is no way it could have been thoroughly tested prior to resale. And for that reason, I am disappointed / feel misled.

    The phone is generally good but I would have expected the phone to have been ready to set up which it wasn’t - I had to do a full reset in order to be able to set it up - as it was shown as very good I was disappointed that the battery was only 84% and will no doubt need changing in the near future.

    The iPhone is really good and looks as good as new. Works with no problems and reasonably priced. Your courier leaves slot to be desired. Not delivering on the promised day having waited for the delivery. Apparent delays their end and so had to reschedule. Not the first time this has happened in fact it has now happened 2 times out of three.
