On the whole it's been good. My only issue was that my new phone hadn't been reset so it wasn't ready to pair and transfer my data from my old phone. Being a bit of a technophobe this did cause me some difficulty and distress, but I figured it out in the end. The phone has been brilliant since.

Phone was in near perfect condition beyond what I would consider “fair” so that was good. Would be good to get an indication of the battery health the main negative was the packaging. It was just wrapped in bubble wrap and elastic bands which I’ve had broken iPods that are 20 years old delivered on eBay in better shape. Even something as simple as a little back market cardboard sleeve would have gone a long way.
