I've used Back Market before, and didn't hesitate to use them when I wanted a new phone. I ordered my new phone on one day, and it literally arrived the next, looking brand new and in the most excellent condition. I'm really happy with my new phone and next time I need any new tech, I'll be using Back Market.

Not a scratch on the device perfect

First time buying a reconditioned phone. Granted that gadgets are not my thing and I take no joy in changing phones, setting up computers etc. this was more cumbersome than I had hoped. I had expected the phone to have been wiped and ready to set up 'as new', instead it was full of stuff, all of it in Korean (all settings etc seem to be geared towards Korean) so it's taking me hours and a lot of frustration to make this work for me. Phone itself looks ok but not sure I'll be back or even keeping this phone.
