Much better than I thought it would be. A few nicks but I was looking for functionality, not aesthetics. Came with a close to brand new charger, no loose/rusted ports, and had a 60% charge so I was able to get started transferring my data almost immediately. The keyboard had no missing or sticky keys. Delivery was fast - arriving 2 days after I ordered. The battery is functioning normally - no clogging at the fan level and all screws on the bottom portion are there. I'm used to doing a little bit of extra maintenance on refurbished Macs - but not necessary. Very good job - very impressed.

I'm really happy with the MacBook Pro so far and it even came with an upgrade to 32gb RAM. It all seems to work well and I'm pleased with it. I chose Good condition and there's just very minimal cosmetic wear and tear. It arrived promptly and the only dodgy part was that Royal Mail left it outside without asking for a signature, plus I feel it wasn't packaged that brilliantly, but no apparent harm done. A great purchase and seller, and I'm looking forward to working with this refurbished and much needed upgrade to my old laptop, running programmes like FCPX. Would recommend.

Really pleased with my HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Core i5-6500T 2,5 - HDD 500 GB - 8GB Brought it to rig up to my rowing machine to run the EXR rowing game and be able to watch netflix/prime on. Works a treat. Then only thing that I would advise is that mine didn't have an HDMI port but had 2x Display ports. Just meant I needed an additional adapter/ lead to run duel screen. But for £50 I can't complain. Very happy.

MacBook is absolutely flawless, like it was fresh from Apple's factory even though it is nearly 9 years old and was marked as "fair" condition. Was packed, dispatched and received exactly when Back Market told us it would.

I purchased this computer as my very old MacBook Pro had started to fail to upgrade on some sites, and I came to BackMarket again to purchase what I wanted (I previously have purchased a mobile phone, and saved £100’s of pounds) I purchased this computer and was so surprised when it arrived it was immaculate, yes immaculate. I unfortunately had a problem with not being able to download an app that I particularly wanted the computer for, so returned it. Their Customer Service gentleman Naz, was particularly helpful trying to find a way they could sort this out for me. But it was my fault for not asking first ( being 70 years old, it’s not so easy sometimes knowing what’s needed with computers. I need a button to work with 😉). They were very kind and could not have been anymore helpful. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone wishing to get a brilliant bargain and superb support. And wish them well in the future.

Hi, I bought this laptop for a friend and I need to transfer the ownership and, especially the insurance cover details over to her name. I did not make an account whaen I bought said item so I can't change anything. There is no help available to do this. I tried calling the number ending 6688 but recieved a message saying that it was not possible to access that number. How do I do this? Thanks

Easy to use website, with large choice. Good description of items for sale. Prompt deliver. Colour ordered as per website was not available, which was not critical, but offered opportunity to cancel before item was despatched.

Overall pleased with the I pad . One issue is that it takes a couple of attempts to unlock when I start using it. Recently bought exactly the same model from BackMarket which does not have this issue.

Laptop is great, fast delivery, good service. However the laptop was advertised as having a Qwerty keyboard… which is was set up as in the software. However many of the keys were in the wrong place and most of symbol keys are incorrect.

It barely has any scratches on it. Looks wise it looks brand new, I got it on good condition. Tech wise it’s basically new. For the price it’s amazing wasn’t expecting this quality even though it’s second hand. Delivery was amazing it came the next day
