Wow! Been looking at the website for a few months but finally decided to buy a new MacBook Wednesday evening. Absolute beauty of a gold Air 13” model arrived Friday lunchtime. Condition listed as good, but looks immaculate to me (the sticker residue comes off with a few firm rubs with sellotape). Now looking at a new watch. Crazy to pay full price on products with such a high turnover as Apple ❤️❤️❤️

This MacBook Pro was in really good condition. `There were a couple of tiny scratches but that is being very picky as they were barely visible . I am thrilled with my purchase. I did have reservations regarding purchasing a reconditioned laptop but, so far, have not been disappointed. I ordered the MacBook on Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company and, indeed, have done so already!

I recently bought MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - 16GB SSD 512 from Back market and omg it’s not only looks like a brand new Macbook but it also arrived within an upgraded version of Core i7. I bought it in Excellent condition and it was beyond my expectations. This isn’t the first time I bought a gadget from the Back market and I have to say they have never disappointed us. I was blown away by the condition of my new macbook! Not a scratch on it and works like a dream! I've always bought my tech refurbished, but I've never known a quality like this. I traded in my old macbook and the service was quick and easy to navigate. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Back Market again!

So pleased with this MacBook, which arrived - perfectly and securely packed - within 24 hours by Royal Mail. Was up and running within minutes. Opted for ‘Good’ but condition was excellent. Tiny mark on the keyboard was clearly indicated and in no way affects performance - which is also excellent. Five gold stars!

The MacBook Pro is excellent, thank you. My only issue is Royal Mail nothing seems ever to be delivered on time and the tracking app is worse than useless. I have ordered from you before and nothing was different, maybe time to look for a different delivery contractor.

God I really want to give this 5 Stars but I can’t. The laptop is worth it. Laptop was in such good condition I was shocked and it works perfectly (the fan can get a little noisy but hey it’s a 10 year old laptop what you gonna do) but in terms of the laptop , perfect and as described ! The reason I can’t give it 5 is because the charger it came with is faulty. It makes an audible electric buzzing sound and gets stupidly hot. Bit of research says it shouldn’t be used so currently In a lull where I can’t use the laptop because I need to go and buy a new charger. Update - 5 Stars all round. upon raising the issue, OTAL sent out a replacement and it arrived a day later. very good customer service!
