This MacBook Pro was in really good condition. `There were a couple of tiny scratches but that is being very picky as they were barely visible . I am thrilled with my purchase. I did have reservations regarding purchasing a reconditioned laptop but, so far, have not been disappointed. I ordered the MacBook on Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company and, indeed, have done so already!

Wow! Been looking at the website for a few months but finally decided to buy a new MacBook Wednesday evening. Absolute beauty of a gold Air 13” model arrived Friday lunchtime. Condition listed as good, but looks immaculate to me (the sticker residue comes off with a few firm rubs with sellotape). Now looking at a new watch. Crazy to pay full price on products with such a high turnover as Apple ❤️❤️❤️

Really great service, I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2017) with 128GB of storage but I was sent one with a higher spec and 256GB of storage. Working really well so far, although slower than a new model as expected, and definitely worth the price.

I'm really happy with the MacBook Pro so far and it even came with an upgrade to 32gb RAM. It all seems to work well and I'm pleased with it. I chose Good condition and there's just very minimal cosmetic wear and tear. It arrived promptly and the only dodgy part was that Royal Mail left it outside without asking for a signature, plus I feel it wasn't packaged that brilliantly, but no apparent harm done. A great purchase and seller, and I'm looking forward to working with this refurbished and much needed upgrade to my old laptop, running programmes like FCPX. Would recommend.

The MacBook Pro is excellent, thank you. My only issue is Royal Mail nothing seems ever to be delivered on time and the tracking app is worse than useless. I have ordered from you before and nothing was different, maybe time to look for a different delivery contractor.

I was blown away by the condition of my new macbook! Not a scratch on it and works like a dream! I've always bought my tech refurbished, but I've never known a quality like this. I traded in my old macbook and the service was quick and easy to navigate. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Back Market again!

Much better than I thought it would be. A few nicks but I was looking for functionality, not aesthetics. Came with a close to brand new charger, no loose/rusted ports, and had a 60% charge so I was able to get started transferring my data almost immediately. The keyboard had no missing or sticky keys. Delivery was fast - arriving 2 days after I ordered. The battery is functioning normally - no clogging at the fan level and all screws on the bottom portion are there. I'm used to doing a little bit of extra maintenance on refurbished Macs - but not necessary. Very good job - very impressed.

so far so good. buying a refurbished mac is a way better choice than the brand new dell which drove me to distraction

Everything is great with it however the battery lasts only 4 hours max from a full charge so makes it harder to carry around as I also need to pack a charger otherwise there’s no point in bringing it places
