Wow! Been looking at the website for a few months but finally decided to buy a new MacBook Wednesday evening. Absolute beauty of a gold Air 13” model arrived Friday lunchtime. Condition listed as good, but looks immaculate to me (the sticker residue comes off with a few firm rubs with sellotape). Now looking at a new watch. Crazy to pay full price on products with such a high turnover as Apple ❤️❤️❤️

Extremely well packed and in very good condition. It all works as planned, thunbs up for Back Market!. I was slightly surprised to find that this model of MacBook Pro has only two thunderbolt ports, one of which might be in use for charging. Of course I could have checked but didn't think. A bit mean of Apple but it's a great machine.

This MacBook Pro was in really good condition. `There were a couple of tiny scratches but that is being very picky as they were barely visible . I am thrilled with my purchase. I did have reservations regarding purchasing a reconditioned laptop but, so far, have not been disappointed. I ordered the MacBook on Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company and, indeed, have done so already!

First time using Back Market. I was dubious on purchase of a refurbished machine, especially one in fair condition. On delivery I thought my reservations were right, with the mouse pad not working, however this soon fixed itself and out it down to being recently refurbished. The machine itself is great, runs very quick and battery seems to be ok at the moment. One recommendation is to go on to Lenovos website and check for any driver downloads as mine needed 5! Would definitely consider using purchasing again and hopefully this will see my son through university.

Happy with the refurbished laptop, which I'm still getting to know. But impressed by Customer Service. Charging cable wasn't great and they arranged for a replacement to be sent within a day or two. Very reassuring given this is my first refurbished purchase.
