I was really apprehensive to buy a refurbished MacBook but it's safe to say I am beyond happy. I got a "good" condition 2019 MacBook Air and it's amazing. Barely any ware on it! Incredible condition. Works perfectly. If you're unsure about buying from here I say don't be! Really happy and will 100% be using back market in the future

I purchased the MacBook Air for my daughter for Christmas so it’s not been used yet. All I can say is that it came very quickly and was in such good condition it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend Back Market and will definitely be using them again. They delivered before the given date and it was packaged really well. There are no negatives with what i experienced.

I am really delighted with my Macbook Air Retina 13.3 inch! It is so easy to carry around and has everything I need that my older Mac airs no longer had the capacity to be upgraded for. It arrived quite quickly although i had a moment of fear when i saw Fed Ex were doing the delivery - I have had a dreadful experience with them -they always blame the customer - and right on cue, I got an email the Friday the item was due saying, 'You weren't home' and that delivery would be attempted on Monday. Of course I was home, tracking showed the item had been dropped at a depot somewhere not too far away. I am very relieved to say it arrived on the Monday!

Condition was 'fair'—there are 3-4 very minor dents in the metal casing mainly around one corner. Screen, keypad, top and bottom are all perfect. Quite frankly, I'd have described this as 'good'; the damage is barely perceptible and I was expecting much worse. Battery seems healthy, charges normally and loses about 10% per day on standby. Laptop came with genuine Apple charger. Fingerprint sensor works perfectly. The only defect I have discovered is that ApplePay will not work owing to some security-related component being changed in an Apple-unapproved manner. I don't particularly care about this but it should be noted. Laptop arrived after just 2 days on standard delivery. Very happy with it and very happy to recommend The TA1 Mac Store for their excellent service.

so far working fine, very fast delivery. ordered a fair grade and received a decently used macbook with a few sticker residue inprints and a dent on a side otherwise very worth the price, if your looking to buy a macbook not wanting to spend alot.

Bought a MacBook Air a couple of weeks ago - I chose excellent condition, assuming there would be some sign of wear. It arrived two days after purchase, and looks and runs like brand new! I will definitely be recommending Back Market and using again!
