I was a bit nervous about buying a refurbished phone, but there was nothing to worry about. The phone came within a couple of days which was quicker than the expected delivery time. I got emails and text about how my order was doing and when it was going to be delivered. When the phone arrived it was like getting a brand new phone. My son has said it works as it should and the battery holds as long as if it were new.

I purchased a replacement Galaxy S9, after having mine for the best part of 5 years it started having issues unlocking and the screen was starting to develop green lines, as I dont need an all singing and dancing phone as I don't use the features anyway other than whatsapp and Googlemaps I thought I would just get another S9 so I could keep my case and stuff, I opted for the slightly more expensive option and selected the "Excellent" condition version, it truely was excellent, not a scratch in sight, battery life is good as well still, would buy from here again and to be honest probably would not go back to O2 after this experience as the contracts cost a fortune and I don't need a new phone that I am paying for a bunch of new stuff I wouldnt use anyway.

Recently purchased my iPhone 14 pro from back maras advertised in excellent condition service was excellent and will have no problems using this company again and look forward to doing business with them very soon

The phone looks absolutely new, with no sign of any scratches or any visible damage. I ordered an excellent quality, but after a week now used, it seems the battery doesn't keep long enough, unfortunately, and I'm not using all day, I checking my emails and messages and some phone calls. also, the phone, after turning on the first time, was set on the Russian language.

Had worries about buying a second hand phone (as most of us do) but I would genuinely buy from this company again! The phone came quickly, in perfect condition, and worked exactly like a new phone!! This is the first time I have used Black Market - it's the first time I've bought a refurb phone! I ordered with my fingers firmly crossed but have been very pleasantly surprised. The phone looks unused and is in perfect (to my eyes) condition. The price was good and delivery within 24hrs! I am hoping it lasts as long as my last Samsung has (5 years!). the phone was in impeccable condition and battery life has held up really well! that's always a worry when purchasing renewed devices but I'm pleased to say battery life is great. separate to backmarket's service, the pixel 8 is a tad smaller than we thought but on the bright side a bit more pocketable.

Great phone, an upgrade from my A52. Phhone was pretty much new in box. only signs of use were that some plastic was removed. absolutely spot on and my trade in was accepted noml issues! def use again.

purchased the s21 in 'excellent' condition and it is exactly as described. Everything seems fine so far and the battery life is also good. Based on this experience I would have no problem ordering again. Great price too.
