After buying a reconditioned Galaxy Z Flip3 mobile phone from Back Market, I am happy to say the TV ad is true! The product arrived in my hands within 48 hours, neatly wrapped in a secure cardboard box. Once opened, the shiny phone gleamed; not even a scuff mark was on it. I initially put the phone on charge using the charging cable supplied and a plug adapter I already had. Once charged, the phone was easy to set up. After using the phone for the past few weeks, I can assure anybody wishing to purchase from Back Market that my experience with this company has been extremely positive, and I would definitely recommend them.

I have had my reservations about back market. Decided to give them a try & I have no regrets at all. The phone is in excellent condition. I wanted to try a flip phone without paying extortionate price or having to get a contract out. Plus back market is on Clearpay,so I can pay instalments,which is a bonus. Would use again & I’m looking at getting a fold next. Honestly,give them a try,you won’t be disappointed!

the phone is crystal clear and very responsive, Downside is the charge lead does not charge the phone i had to buy a new one. also, could you tell me where i can buy a handbook. other than that i give the phone 10/10. thankyou.

I went with a 'Good' quality device and it was - as far as I could see - faultless. Working as good as a brand new one at a fraction of the price. Decent website, good communication and timely delivery. Will 100% use again!

Honestly was hesitant at first, the item came in a box in a small plastic bag, but was undamaged! I love my new little zflip3. It's adorable. The only downside is the battery life but that's on the phone, joy on BackMarket. I'd highly recommend backmarket to anyone looking for a device!
