It came earlier than expected in good condition. Although I chose excellent quality it still had a few scratch spots but not noticeable at all only when you look closely. Really happy with my purchase

I’m really pleased with the iPad- it works just the same as a brand new one and is in perfect condition as described. It came quickly and with a charger which was good. Didn’t need to use customer service but I get the feeling that if I did I would be helped. I have never bought from back market previously but I will happily purchase from them again.

The Macbook is working fine but in the first 3 days I had a password problem and was locked out, probably my fault but I contacted the vendor. No human contact just a short text and a link which didn't cover the problem. I contacted them again via email and voicemail and got zero reply. So very poor back up indeed. In the end I contacted Apple support and they were 5 star brilliant. I couldn't give USmac a star because they were slow and unhelpful

Unfortunately I’m unable to comment on the actual iPad just yet, as it was purchased as a Christmas Gift. However, the ordering process and delivery was excellent. Plus I did purchase an iPhone 13 last year, and that has been excellent value for money.
