    I’m really pleased with the iPad- it works just the same as a brand new one and is in perfect condition as described. It came quickly and with a charger which was good. Didn’t need to use customer service but I get the feeling that if I did I would be helped. I have never bought from back market previously but I will happily purchase from them again.

    Unfortunately I’m unable to comment on the actual iPad just yet, as it was purchased as a Christmas Gift. However, the ordering process and delivery was excellent. Plus I did purchase an iPhone 13 last year, and that has been excellent value for money.

    Apparently this monitor was only rated as "Fair" in which case presumably "Excellent" comes with all the original boxes, manuals, fluffy packing materials...and is hand delivered by the ghost of Steve Jobs himself. Because this fair condition refurb monitor is *spotless* The only bad thing is I bought it for my daughter and she knows it's here...so I have to give it to her. Outstanding deal and brilliant service as well. What's not to love? Happy new Year!
