    Even in Excellent conditions I expected maybe a couple of marks. There was nothing it looked fresh out of the box. The device powered straight up and is really quick for an i7. I configured bootcamp and it runs really well. The 64gb really makes a difference. First time with Mac Mini and with Backmarket. The ordering was easy, the shipping was extremely quick and the price was very competitive. I will be looking for other devices as well.

    The iMac arrived very robustly packaged and in a state where I could very easily restore my previous data from a Time Machine Backup. Within two hours I had the machine back running up to date! The only negative issue is that the fan is a little noisy. Generally very happy with the product and the service!

    Arrived very quickly within 2 days! Looks brand new with no signs of marks or scuffs. I choose 16gb ram but had to accept 256gb ssd. However, i purchased a Qiizlabs hub, 500gb sata ssd (which i already had) and 256gb NEMe ssd so now very happy. It replaced a mac mini 2014 i7 i1b fusion drive and there is no comparison.

I ordered this Mac and the initial device I received was not the condition I expected, however I could easily exchange this and a new Mac was sent to me next day which was EXCELLENT. The exchange was so easy and prompt responses for the customer service team. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY NEW IMAC. I just want to add, you do not not receive the compatible iMac keyboard and mouse.
