such a great experience with back market, ordered an ipad, came the next day perfectly packed with a screen protector on aswell, have had my ipad a couple weeks now and couldn’t be happier it’s exactly as described and have had no problems with it in so impressed!

Amazon max 11 fire tablet is fast and a great size to watch your favourite series films and more in epic clear vision, with all your favourite Amazon apps to boot and works with office 365 for all you like work needs too! The phone was in perfect 'like new' condition and I'm happy with it. However, debatable if sufficient value for money bearing in mind it's a grey import from the UAE, lacks Samsung Pay functionality, lacks the longer UK guarantee and can't be guaranteed to be waterproof. Also, same and other suppliers offering the same 'new' grey importson their websites up to £50 cheaper than 'refurbished' on Backmarket. Good price given for trade in though.

My son smashed the screen of our 6 year old ipad and it was going to cost £100+ to get it fixed, not really worth it gien the age of the tablet. It is great to be able to get an already refurbished but much better spec'ed tablet for a similar price. Ordering and delivery is great. I would however like to have a comparison chart or more details of each item so you can really compare the different models you have chosen - hence 4 not 5 stars.

Never had TCL before. Limited difference from my Google phone. Epic camera and love the white paper feature (particularly the max level that limits apps as well) you just slide the button on the side and you can read with limited distractions but unlike "dumb" phones if you need your other apps you just change back to your phone's full functions. Reduced marks for accessories as only came with a charging cable and the packaging was a generic box. Accessory choices (covers, etc.) are limited for this phone.
