Had my new phone for a few weeks now. Great phone and it does what I want. This is my 2nd purchase on BackMarket and I'm very impressed. Battery is like new phone is in very good condition. There is one 1cm shallow scratch on the front screen and that is it. Happy with the value for what I paid.

The phone is in amazing condition, not a mark on it and this was just the Good condition! Plus i was upgrades to the next storage size for free. I have purchased several items from Back Market and as always the items have been top class.

I was slightly nervous about buying reconditioned. After all, it was a good price but still a lot of money. However I am very happy with the phone. Cosmetically the phone is virtually perfect with no visible marks or scratches whatsoever. It obviously has had a new battery and so the battery life (so far anyway) is brilliant. The only slight problem is it is obviously not an Apple battery which means the phone does not show battery health and displays a ‘not official part’ message. This makes me slightly nervous and made me consider knocking off one star, but if the battery performance continues as it is at the moment I will be more than happy, and overall I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and product.

Back market is a trustworthy place to order your phone from.. my son loves his phone, it's clean,battery is quite good too but still observing that closely but in all honesty, back market is a very reliable and trustworthy place to buy from.

Don’t usually have any issues. Ordered iPhone 14 wasn’t happy with the screen when I turned it on it was like it had water damage the screen rippled a lot when you tapped it. And the screen wasn’t a genuine apple screen as the notification came Up and the screen wasn’t fixed on properly and was slightly lifted you could visibly see this. Thankfully returns were easy and awaiting refund

Needed a new phone but was on a bit of a short budget Was recommended this site and it did not disappoint at all, bought one of the cheapest yet high quality phones I've ever had, refurbished at excellent quality I've had the phone for a few months and it's the best I've had Thanks a lot

I think my new iPhone is great it looks really good and the website is so user friendly. The phone arrived promptly.I was advised to use your website by my son who works in IT! I do have a problem how do I back up the data on my old phone before transferring it to the new phone?

The phone I ordered wasn't what I expected when it arrived but Backmarket and the seller Cov Tech which sent the item were very helpful and communicated efficiently. Refund received swiftly. Thank you.

Back Market isn’t the problem-phone arrived in good time-I have used BM T least 4 times for reconditioned iPhones and in the past have been 100% happy but unfortunately on this occasion not so much. Almost immediately on using my new-to-me phone it began to heat up, despite closing all background apps then becam stuck on zoom so I was unable to even answer incoming calls and turn off my alarm in the morning. I couldn’t switch off said phone either. I emailed the company that sent me the phone as requested and have sent it back. Not happy
