    My purchase of a refurbished iPhone 12 went extremely well. From the minute you place your order you are kept up to date with emails on the progress/delivery etc. Excellent service and I am delighted with my phone. Would definitely order again in the future. Excellent service.

    Purchased an “Excellent” iPhone 15 Pro. Item arrived and works completely fine - no issues with the software at all. Back and sides of the phone are good as well, no visible scratches. HOWEVER, when a completely scratch free phone screen is normal even for “good” rated items I expect a completely scratch free screen considering I paid for the better quality rating. Instead, they’ve whacked a screen protector on top of a screen that clearly has fine scratches on it - not the same thing and considerably reduces the value of the phone. While this doesn’t affect the phone’s functionality, I still would have expected they’d at least replace the phone screen for £700! Given 3/5 as - yes the phone works fine and the scratches can’t only be seen when the screen is switched off - if the Backmarket rating says the screen will be “flawless” I’M GOING TO EXPECT FLAWLESS, not a pity screen protector which probably costs the company £10 max. Maybe I’m being harsh with the 3/5, but the item simply doesn’t match the description - and for refurbishes, replacing the screen is a common service which should be no trouble to them, so I just can’t see why they wouldn’t do that for this phone.

    I was slightly nervous about buying reconditioned. After all, it was a good price but still a lot of money. However I am very happy with the phone. Cosmetically the phone is virtually perfect with no visible marks or scratches whatsoever. It obviously has had a new battery and so the battery life (so far anyway) is brilliant. The only slight problem is it is obviously not an Apple battery which means the phone does not show battery health and displays a ‘not official part’ message. This makes me slightly nervous and made me consider knocking off one star, but if the battery performance continues as it is at the moment I will be more than happy, and overall I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and product.

    Had my new phone for a few weeks now. Great phone and it does what I want. This is my 2nd purchase on BackMarket and I'm very impressed. Battery is like new phone is in very good condition. There is one 1cm shallow scratch on the front screen and that is it. Happy with the value for what I paid.

    Bought it for my husband who is not very good with modern day phones but wanted something small that would fit in his pocket and a keyboard he could get his aging fingers to manage. After I finished setting it up for him, which took longer than expected, as I had to try and find his passwords and then his moans about the phone beeping at him and I trying to find which notifications he wanted. We have finally got there and now he's very happy with the phone. I THINK! just waiting for the next thing I have to sort out for him ah!ah!ah!
