absolutely perfect!! i ordered the iphone 12 pro in good condition and there are ZERO faults. the phone feels as if it’s brand new; it’s not slow, battery life is as it should be and there are no visible scratches to the eye!! i was sceptical ordering refurbished phones but this has definitely changed my view on this. no complaints!! 10/10

Cannot believe this iphone 12 is REFURBISHED IT LOOKS LIKE BRAND NEW …Seriously my first purchase from Back Market , and kinda expected decent quality from reviews (I research every buying option, before purchasing) . Scrutinised 6 other companies offering similar product, with same specs (memory size etc) and chose this as it was lowest price and have been really surprised that the iPhone 12 pro is without flaw!

I’m happy with the phone that I bought from back market. I bought the excellent condition one iPhone 12 Pro 256GB gold and I was surprised to receive a phone with zero scratches or marks. Battery health was 87% which is not bad for a refurbished product. I want to thank back market for their excellent products and service.

I went for the iPhone 12 Pro 512 GB in excellent condition and could not be happier with my purchase. Having read the reviews, I was careful to choose one refurbished by Loop Mobile, as they seemed to have the best feedback. The phone arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. A couple of very minor scuffs on the metal but the screen and camera lenses look immaculate and the battery health more than acceptable at 88%. Excellent value for money and a big step up from my old 7 plus, which I also purchased from Back Market. With this kind of service, I have no idea why anyone would want to buy a new phone.
