I chose the fair condition option. While there are a few minor scratches on the screen, they’re barely noticeable once a screen protector is applied. However, I’ve noticed the phone occasionally gets quite hot—sometimes during regular charging (even when not in use), during initial setup, and at random times. I'm not sure if this is due to the phone itself or because it’s refurbished. That said, I’m very pleased overall. It’s a great product and excellent value for money.

Second time returning to Back Market for a refurbished phone. I was never fond of the thought of a refurbished phone until I took the risk and saw how good they were! The model I brought was 'good' condition and there isn't a single scratch or mark on it. Lovely beige and silver edging! Responds fast, battery is amazing, is like brand new phone! Also traded my old phone in for cash straight to my bank. Very happy all round! Highly recommend Back Market!

All in all I'm very pleased with my Samsung S23+ I still have quite a big upgrade to upload onto my phone once that happens I will have a much more advanced phone. Thank you back market this is the only way that we can survive in our society is by refurbishing our old tech. Thank you soooo much I could never have afforded a new one.

I purchased a Galaxy S23+ advertised as in Excellent Condition. Delivery took one day and I was very pleased to see that the phone was like New. I traded-in my old S10+ which I thought was in Excellent Condition, the return packaging was supplied by Back Market. My assessment was excepted and the Trade-in value was transferred to my bank account. Back Market kept me updated on the progress of my purchase and of my trade-in, from start to finish. I am very happy with my 'New' phone and recommend Back Market to all.

In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.

Happy with how the phone functions. But i paid for good quality samsung23+ which stated may have some light scratched not visible from arms length. But all sides of the phone are givers in thick Marcus and scratches. Very visible from several arms lengths away, definitely fair quality not good
