I’m stunned. I normally buy refurbished goods from another good company but saw my excellent IPad Mini on here. Arrived today, sealed and boxed with a full years Apple warranty! Quick delivery and tracked all the way. I’m speechless. Thank you. I will return.

I don't think I could be happier, I selected and ordered my iPad on Friday and was given a delivery of Tuesday, but it was delivered on Saturday. and when I opened the extensive packing I couldn't find any marks on it, this is the first iPad I've had and am very happy with it. it is also the first refurbished item I have had but it won't be the last. I would gladly recommend to all and definitely buy again..........thank you.

The phone seemed like new. The only way to tell that it was refurbished was that it clearly was a contract tie in as it came with all the network providers apps preinstalled etc. Easy to get rid of though and great quality otherwise.

I’ve made several purchase from Back Market. All have been good but this was outstanding! I chose ‘excellent’ condition which is exactly what the Apple Watch was. In the original packaging, it was as if I’d bought brand new. Delighted.

got this phone, was brand new even came in the box for it. not a mark or anything on it, works perfect and battery capacity was 100%. am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend buying premium edition on here when looking for a phone. the delivery is also amazing, I had free shipping and paid for it on the 6th and it had came the next day on the 7th. extremely pleased.

I think this iPad is amazing it has been perfect for my university work alongside the Apple Pencil I also bought it has made my life so much easier. The only issue was that when I was trying to sign in to my Apple ID during the setup process the iPad wouldn’t connect with the Apple network and from lots of options tried and failed I looked up what I could do next and ChatGPT showed me how to do a deep reset that apparently is done by technicians and that fixed it right away so all was good in the end 😊

Purchased the phone for my daughter's birthday. She is delighted with it. The condition was fantastic, looks almost new! I've never bought a reconditioned phone before but will definitely do it again. It arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Happy customer and would definitely recommend.

Amazing. Device was pretty much as new and looked unused. Battery capacity was still at 100% The only issue was that it didn’t come with a UK plug but for the price we paid that’s a small problem & easily solved.
