    Purchased for my elderly mum as a replacement to her 5th generation iPad. I’m used to purchasing reconditioned items from various sellers so I thought it might be a good idea to head down that road with the IPad. This is the time I’ve used backmarket. Easy enough to navigate website and IPad was delivered when stated. Customer services not used so unable to comment. As mentioned in product header the condition was considered ‘good’. The iPad had some grubby marks and scratches on the back, but that didn’t bother her as that’s all hidden away within a very tough case I purchased separately from Amazon. She’s had the iPad for a week and she only uses it for brain games / TV / photos and the odd email. Therefore, it’s hard to comment on its long term reliability at this stage.

    Bought this phone for my father and he's happy. Very good refurbished experience. I read other reviews, that were mostly good. The battery life was a controversial issue for this model but so far it has been better than expected. I also heard there was no longer any firmware/software updates for this model (it is from 2019) but that hasn't been a problem and it does do android app updates without a problem. All in all - a good refurbished experience. 👍🏻🙏🏻😁

    From placing order good communication and fast delivery. Despite ordering an iPad described as ‘fair’, it’s in excellent condition. Makes me wonder why I’ve bought brand new items over the years. Would definitely recommend.

    I had never used BackMarket before this purchase but I would definitely use again. Excellent clear website and communications about delivery. The ipad was well-packaged and good enough to give as a gift. I am glad I selected the 12.9 iPad Pro - it is a great size for a poorly sighted person who needs to enlarge the text. The iPad was clean, responsive and almost like getting a new one!

    I have never had an ipad before. I am enjoying learning to navigate it and what it can do for me. I use it to put my song lyrics on when I am singing with my band. I get help from the lads in the band with anything too technical 😂

    Very happy with the phone, really delighted with its performance and what it can do. Just a bit concerned that on 2 occasions the screen was flickering for a bit.Googled the problem and adjusted the light setting to auto so hoping that this resolves the problem. Only other concern is that phone needs charging every day.My older Samsung of 6 years Only needed charging every 2nd day.Other than that ,great phone. Other than that it's a great phone.

    Ordered excellent condition with a student discount. Arrived within 2 days. 100% max battery capacity, no scratches or anything. It’s perfect- basically brand new. Came with a charging wire and a sim ejector. Very impressed.

    Customer service was perfect. It was also delivered on time. I'm very happy with the phone just that the battery doesn't last long. Within every 2 hours, i have to put it on charge but in all the phone is very good even more than what i was expecting.

    The phone is great and great value. I waited in for delivery = but = the phone wasm't delivered. Ir was left in the unmanned entrance. The delivery driver had to pass the simple to muse intercom to get into the foyer where members of the public have access. Another resident bought the package to me. Very poor delivery service.
