The second time of buying a refurbished item from Backmarket. The iPad was immaculate and it’s a great improvement speed-wise on my old model. Highly recommend.

Bought a refurbished iPad from Backmarket, and it’s been great! Looks almost brand new, works perfectly, and the battery life is solid. Delivery was fast, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend if you’re after quality tech at a good price!

Third time purchasing from Back market and couldn't be happier with our new iPad. There were no obvious marks, it came as new in a box with a charger and plug, ready to go. Super quick dispatch as well. Very pleased.

Swift arrival with great packaging to ensure safe arrival. With consideration to this iPad being restored, it doesn’t have the best battery health and I’m unsure if the Touch ID is working to its best ability. But overall, great! I’m glad to be contributing to a better way to buy tech.

It’s great. I needed an updated version of the iPad and that is what I’ve got. The only thing is that it’s too clever for me. I can’t control the camera and stop it from zooming in on me during my Pilates sessions. It’s very disturbing for both me and my instructor! (I did look up at how to change the settings but clearly didn’t understand them. Please don’t tell me how intuitive Apple products are: they’re not wired by someone with my brain, so they are not!) The charger is not the Apple supercharger I was told I absolutely needed to have when I bought my first iPad which raises questions, but it does work (it’s a Samsung plug).
