I’m an 82 year old living on my own. I’m absolutely over the moon with my iPad and I managed to transfer all data from my old iPad without any problems. Although refurbished it looks amazing and I have nothing but gratitude for my experience. A big THANK YOU for making an old woman happy 🤩🥂🏆

I ordered an excellent condition 10th generation ipad, however there was a scratch directly through the apple logo on the back of the ipad so i would say it was more good condition. However, aside from this i’ve had a great experience on the website and the ipad so far, it’s been outstanding :)

It’s great. I needed an updated version of the iPad and that is what I’ve got. The only thing is that it’s too clever for me. I can’t control the camera and stop it from zooming in on me during my Pilates sessions. It’s very disturbing for both me and my instructor! (I did look up at how to change the settings but clearly didn’t understand them. Please don’t tell me how intuitive Apple products are: they’re not wired by someone with my brain, so they are not!) The charger is not the Apple supercharger I was told I absolutely needed to have when I bought my first iPad which raises questions, but it does work (it’s a Samsung plug).

Tiny chip near the camera but besides that it works flawlessly and has the perfect screen size for what I use it for. The Touch ID button is good and works but not very well with a case on the iPad battery health is very good charged it once in a week

I was delighted to receive my new iPad in such good condition as I had only ticked fair. It works perfectly and looks great, I am very pleased with it! I was anxious before receiving it but now I think it is very good value.
