Fast Delivery, works great, no issues!

Good:fast delivery. Price was okay. Expected good product. Bad: arrived dirty with coffee stains, and could not get the scanner working. Misleading specs on the website, this scanner has no wifi connectivity. Power button does not work, it does not switch off, scanner needs to be unplugged to take the power off. Please stop to waste the planet (transport etc) and the time of your clients. Altogether: a joke!

Quick delivery and scanner as described

We have been scanning in our association for 4 years with Canon 1060 and and 1 year with R40 this is the fourth Canon. so we know the product and the very good software. Therefore I did not hesitate to buy the R40 also because of the lower price! Delivery was excellent, arrived well packed and connected (but those installations of all those devices are not easy) and tested. but no extensive work with it yet.

Moin moin , I have sold myself. It's because I didn't do my research properly. Can't do anything about it. I wanted to use the thing in the car. It just doesn't work without wifi direct. In Google or according to Google search it should be able to. No matter, bad luck for Egon 🤣🤣🤣

The Hp ScanJet Pro 3500 F1 UE scanner arrived in perfect condition. Perfect delivery. Perfect packaging. The driver is easy to get on the net. Recognition of the scanner by our network is instantaneous. Everything would have been ideal if we had received the invoice with VAT, which is important for a company.

My only complaint is that it sometimes pulls in several leaves together, you then have to take the leaves out, fan them out, hit them right on the edge and try again. And there can't be too many sheets. Otherwise, I think the scanner is great.

The device was already with me the next day. It was practically brand new and came with all accessories. The scanner could be registered with HP and even had some warranty left. Since the device works perfectly, I am absolutely satisfied.
