Needed to find another Samsung A14 phone browsed internet found this one on Back Market, ordered it as going by other reviews refurbished phones come highly recommended. Other reviews were spot on. Phone came promptly. Standard of it without a doubt like new. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this company.

Purchased a Galaxy Samsung S21+ in purple listed as excellent. Must admit never having purchased refurbished before I was a little wary - opened box and it's beautiful it looks new 😁 If I have a concern it's the fact that I listen to audio books I hope the battery is as good as the phone - it seems to be🤞 My husband saw it and had instant phone jealousy😂 so I ordered an S21+ in black it has arrived and again looks like a new phone. The Samsung A33 was in immaculate condition not a mark I ordered for a friend who never had thought of a refurbished mobile phone he will be buying from backmsrket again His friends were very impressed also with the Samsung A33 condition for refurbished fair condition.

I have honestly never thought about purchasing a refurbished device until now, and I am thrilled with my new Samsung A55. There was not one mark on my phone, to even suggest it was a refurb, as so many have stated, its true, it looks and functions as a brand new device. I have a years warranty and if I need any support I can talk with someone wh can help. My phone arrived within the two day time slot, so all in all I am completely impressed with my purchase and overall service. lastly I totally support the cause of lessing our carbon footprint on our plant and if this is the way forward I am in. I have no doubt that from now on I will be purchasing all my tech from Back Market.

This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and I chose to play safe by choosing 'excellent ' condition from a respected brand in Samsung. It arrived very quickly and when unpacked was in as new condition. I couldn't tell that it was refurbished because there was no visible wear. The S20 is quick and the software is very good. Would I buy through Backmsrket again? Certainly.

Well I must say I was a little dubious ordering a refurbished phone but honestly I'm more than happy with it. You wouldn't know it was refurbished at all. I went for the excellent condition samsung s21 and it's perfect and £95 cheaper than anywhere else offering the same phone.
