Entirely satisfied with my refurbished purchase from Back Market. Looked like new, a ghost of previous ownership in the form of a vodaphone app and Irish news feeds, which have faded away as the phone has identified me from login to the variety of social media and the middle England location data now populating it. Took advantage of the excellent value 2 year accidental damage plan and, with my Galaxy A41 in a sturdy wrap-around case, hope never to have to test it out. The purchase was smooth and efficient and my phone arrived within a few days. The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. Bought a Galaxy S20 FE from BackMarket in the summer and it was in fantastic condition...so pleased with it. Brought it out to Africa and within 3 months it had been dropped and destroyed. Quickly got online and ordered another from BackMarket. Thankfully it arrived with friends in only a few days and they were able to bring it out to me. Yet again, excellent service and a fabulous phone in pristine condition. Will never buy new for as long as you are selling such great quality reconditioned phones. Ordered a refurbished phone through Back market - specifically sold by 4gadgets - and couldn't be happier. The phone is in absolutely perfect condition, and this is coming from someone who very fussy and meticulous about his devices. It was delivered earlier than expected by a full three days, so credit to the seller for such a quick dispatch. I always buy my phones brand new directly from Samsung,but thought I'd give a refurb a try after reading the reviews, and I made a massive saving. This is the second phone l've bought so l had high expectations. I was not disappointed! Another fast delivery and a phone in what looked like perfect condition. First time I've used back market, I admit I was uncertain if buying a refurbished phone was a good move. But with the 12mth warranty felt well they must feel confident of their phones! So I gave it a try, and so far so good. The phone was in an almost as new condition which surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Lots of communication along the way keeping me informed on delivery. I also was able to trade in an old samsung for £43 that I didnt plan on doing. I thought its at least a saving off the price I paid for the new one. So yes was pleasantly surprised and would buy again in the future that offers the chance to buy a more high end phone for a more affordable cost. If I had to make one negative, which really isnt a big issue, the deposit for the trade in takes upto 6 working days to go into a bank. But as promised I did receive the funds within the 6 working days. Otherwise, yep, liked everything.Galaxy S21 5GOverall performance
