Second time I've bought from Back Market and again all went smoothly with order and delivery. Phone was a 'good' condition and it really was good with no signs of scratching or marking that I could see. Bought as a like for like replacement for a much loved phone which I accidently drowned! Would definitely recommend Back Market on the basis of my experience.

No laughing now - I've just upgraded from a 10 year old Samsung S4 mini which I dearly loved but won't run whatsapp after October to the Samsung A6, and I can safely say I'm well pleased with my choice. Phone is great, very good condition as advertised, price point being sub £100 was an absolute bargain, set up went smoothly although I did leave this to my 'technical expert'. All said well impressed, will definitely recommend website and visit again.

Ordered for our great grandson, arrived on time well packaged. Phone works well no problem with setting up and charging he's happy with it so far.

The screen has scratches and the back too. Also in the corners although the selected item condition was supposed to be excellent. Never had an issue before, but this time I was disappointed when I opened the package
