Here’s a professional yet firm review for your experience: I recently purchased a MacBook from this website and, overall, I am very satisfied with its performance. The laptop functions smoothly, meets my expectations, and I truly appreciate the quality Apple provides. However, I specifically chose the “Fair” condition option, fully aware that it might come with some superficial damage. What disappointed me was the unethical practice of placing a “No Return if Removed” sticker over a hidden additional damage. This felt deceptive and unprofessional, as it prevented me from fully assessing the laptop’s condition before committing to keeping it. Transparency is crucial when selling refurbished or pre-owned devices. If the company had been upfront about the actual condition, I would have still considered the purchase but with the right expectations. Other than this issue, I’m happy with the laptop itself and hope it lasts me a long time. I just wish the customer experience had been more honest and professional.

The MacBook arrived in fair condition as described, though I was initially disappointed to find several scratches on the back and corners. Well, yeah, I shouldn't have expected a miracle for a refurbished device. But the real surprise came when I powered it up - it actually has double the storage capacity I paid for! This unexpected bonus not only relieved my initial disappointment but completely made my day.

Absolutely 0 complications, I absolutely love my new laptop. Everything is as described, and I’m so glad I decided to get refurbished instead of getting something new, because it may as well have been completely new.

All I can say - they delivered! The laptop looks Good, as I have bought a "Good" state. No obvious signs of wear, unless you start really looking for some, yes you might find a tiny bumps on the edges, but otherwise very happy with such a powerful piece of kit for such a sweet price tag. Being sick of prices of everything raising by the minute, this was actually a nice experience overall. Will definitely continue this new tradition of refurbished tech purchasing. I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

Buying refurbished sometimes feels like a bit of a gamble, but I'm pleased with my order! Got a 2020 MacBook Pro in "good" condition and it's just as advertised - a tiny amount of wear and tear to the exterior but so far it seems to be in perfect working order with 88% battery health, all for a fraction of what it'd cost new. Only marking down by one point due to the box - while the laptop came securely packaged, it was all in cardboard with no bubblewrap or anything to protect it from water damage during transit. I admire the commitment to recyclable packaging but I feel lucky the parcel wasn't left out in the rain at any point!

I really like the idea of re-using existing kit. We've bought multiple items from backmarket (all apple) and very happy each time - cheaper than the official Apple refurbished ones (and the children will scratch their phones in no time anyway). the MacBook Pro was exactly as advertised; it had one small scratch on the shell however the screen is impeccable. and it was thoroughly cleaned. thank you

I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”.
