Absolutely amazing purchase Not one scratch on the Macbook pro and I had selected just a good model but overall excellent performance and arrived within a day. Packaging neat overall was as good as a brand new laptop possibly the best refurbished product I have purchased to date and a massive upgrade from Macbook air. I would highly recommend back market as I consider myself to becoming a long term customer.

Next day delivery, I was so surprised, it could easily have passed for a brand new laptop. Also 100% battery capacity. I am pleased with my purchase. No issues so far. Really pleased with this purchase.

The Laptop arrived very quick earlier than the date given, it looks brand new like it’s hasn’t been used, battery health, the works. The charger base was the only thing that looked use but works, I will definitely be buying again from Back Market

I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

Given the condition is supposed to be "fair" – the least refurbished – I have no idea what the others are like as it looks brand new! The laptop arrived very prompty on Sunday after being ordered on Friday evening. It's very quick and works perfectly. The keyboard is an American one just to note.

I was switching from windows to Mac so decided to buy refurbished since the Apple prices are extortionate. I am not worried about the look so went for the fair condition. It's been a few weeks, so far the MacBook pro is performing really well. there are obvious signs of use on it but nothing major. The specs I went for had 256GB hard drive but the MacBook actually has double the storage. Overall a good experience.

Ordered a MacBook from Back Market a couple of weeks ago and I am super happy with the product! Ive never bought refurbished tech before so was hesitant but very happy with the results. Great Service from Backmarket was up late online watching reviews on macbooks and comparing specs on apple website then thought let me check out Backmarket. Ordered at midnight my macbook pro arrived less then 48 hours later on a free delivery service👌🏾. Picked up Good condition model which cost less then the fair model but really should be in the Excellent category. Came with original packaging and original Apple charger and cable. Will defineltly be ordering my future tech from Backmarket excellent service 🙏🏾

If this MacBook Pro was in Fair condition, then I can;t imagine what good or excellent look like - maybe they come in a diamond studded gold case!?!? I was astounnded at the quality considering I was expecting "fair". Honestly - if this was caliemd as excellenbt I'd have still been overjoyed - it looks almost new! Fantastic service, (2nd MacBook Pro I've bought here in the last couple of years), and super quick delivery too. OK, £4000 is a lot for a 2nd-hand laptop, but really as the performance difference between the M3 and M4 is neglibible for the work I do this has let me totally max out the machine at a saving of around £2000.
