The MP-3 player IPod Shuffle 2 was not recognised by Itunes. I returned the device and got a full refund within 2 days. Very good business conduct. You are a very fair dealer. Many thanks for that. I will be happy to buy from you again in the future.

Ordered three ipods. They came in two deliveries, with only 1 dock per delivery. Short of 1 dock; a bit lame. Otherwise fine, apart from high price

Compliant product. In excellent condition and complies with the initial specifications. Works perfectly, except for the charging cable which is out of order, I had to get my old cable. In summary Great product, still need to work on the accessories.

The product does not conform to the illustration, so there are fewer options. It's a shame: I was thinking of getting an ipod shuffle 4. No problem: the one I bought, the 2, works and does the job, as they say!

4th generation iPod Shuffle complies with my order and I am delighted with it, even if this product may seem ridiculous in 2019, the sound is excellent and the quality is exceptional at Apple. I highly recommend this little product dedicated to music ????????!

Le produit qui m'est parvenu n'est pas en état de marche. L'ipod ne charge pas correctement, même après de longues heures de charge il est impossible d'obtenir une diode verte et après avoir branché des écouteurs, je ne dispose que de quelques minutes d'écoute. Le reconditionnement n'a manifestement pas été effectué avec soin.
