Got refurbished iphone xr for christmas, came in new condition not a mark on it and 97% battery health! 100% recommend will be back next month for the next chrsitmas present for sure!

iPhone XR Red 256Gb all that I needed was provided however battery is aftermarket and displays that it is not a genuine Apple battery plus the fact it doesn’t show accurate battery info other than that phone runs good and fast no lags no glitches Happy with my item apart from a £30-60 fix for new battery seems fair enough for the phone being sold to me for £158.00

Honestly - I am really pleased with the phone I ordered from Back Market. I could not believe how easy the whole process was. I My phone screen was completely dead and the cost of replacing it was almost the same as the price I paid for the phone I ordered. They keep me informed on the progress of the order and I was gobsmacked that I received the phone the very next day having only ordered it late afternoon the previous day! The phone came with a new charging lead and even the little pin thing that you need to remove the sim card from the old phone. I totally recommend these guys if you are thinking of getting a refurbished phone. Mine, although the same model, seems to be even better than my old phone, I also took out an extended warranty which seemed to be a very reasonable price. Thank you. Really pleased!

Great service & rapid delivery. I can’t believe it’s used tech as its condition is excellent. The only down point is that the screen occasionally freezes when in use. I then have to close the app & switch to ‘sleep’ mode for a few seconds, before going back into the relevant app.

Phone is in almost new condition it looks great and works great, the only con is the new battery that has been fitted when refurbished is not an apple battery so there is a warning about the battery that will not go away, otherwise fantastic product amd service yet again!

This was a very surprisingly great experience - ordered a refurbished iPhone XR for my 85 year old mother. The phone arrived quickly and was in fantastic condition! I would recommend BackMarket to anyone - and indeed I will. ;)

An absolutely first class refurbished iPhone XR 64GB - Black - Unlocked. It's condition was described as "Fair" by Back Market but, to me, the unit looked and performed as if it was new. Very pleased.
