Very pleased with our refurbished IPHONE 7 was delivered quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition.It works well and just right for us,a couple of older people who just need reliable communicaton when out and about. This was the first time me using this website and I must admit, I was worried about receiving this order. However, it got to me in great condition. Packaged really nicely. Considering the condition of the phone is ‘fair’ and refurbished, you can’t even tell. Works absolutely perfectly and good as new. I’m really chuffed with this phone. Happy with iPhone 7 in perfect condition works great. Only negative would be and advisable to post better. Slightly wrapped in bubblewrap in a box moving around and getting thrown around post vans then watched postman throw in my cupboard on the ground. Thankfully screen was ok. Thanks again will defo use a 3rd time

The phone was delivered on time in good condition. Although it works well for most apps, I found it impossible to transfer data from my android phone to the Iphone 7, even with the help of a store technician. Additionally, the Iphone does not appear to install the Gmail app which caused me some frustration and wasted effort. Overall, however, I do like the phone.

I was hesitant about buying a new phone from a company I hadn’t heard of, but this was a thoroughly easy service. The bonus of it being refurbished to help the environment was the cherry on the cake. I have been recommending BackMarket to my friends.

The iphone 7 I ordered from back market was exactly as the description Online. It works well and looks good. Only the scratches on the charger gave me a second thought that it was used. I will buy from your company again.

Very good service. The I phone 7 I bought was in superb un-marked condition, with a seemingly decent battery and it replaced one I had lost. Well-pleased with the phone and the service. I have since bought another phone (Samsung) for permanent use in my car - again, superb condition.

This will be a great second phone for emergencies since I'm going backpacking for 6 months! It wasn't ready to use right out of the box as expected, the factory reset wasn't completed properly so I'm having trouble configuring it to the UK settings.

I ordered this phone for my elderly mother in law as she only needs to text,make and receive calls. The phone arrived very quickly. I was really pleased with this phone, it is in immaculate condition, no marks or scratches anywhere. It’s reassuring that it also has a 12 month warranty. Highly recommended.
