I was skeptical at first hand but ordered iphone 16 plus for my girlfriend ,ive chosen the excellent condition and received a brand new iphone with 100% battery and 7 charging cycles with almost 200£ discount from new from the store

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but am happy with what I have and so far so good. I got an iPhone 16 plus 128GB in white from the supplier BEST4TECHUK. This was delivered the next day when I ordered so no complaints with delivery. I bought EXCELLENT condition. The phone was well packaged and included a charger cable and SIM card tray opener. On inspection of the phone when I got it, there was a small scratch on the front screen near to the dynamic Island that was visible when I shone a torch on the phone. Now I know the scratch is there I can see it. This did not bother me as I can’t imagine anyone will be shining a torch on my phone! It also does not affect the camera. Apart from this, the phone was spotless with no damage. The battery percentage was 100% with what I assume to be an original battery as there is no message coming up saying otherwise. So far I have had no issues with the phone and it has been working perfectly. I would recommend backmarket and have only given 4 stars due to the scratch as I imagine it would bother some people.

Brought as a temporary phone until the iPhone 17 Pro Max is released, as my iPhone 12 Pro Max was running out of battery quickly & the screen was cracked after owning it for years(also purchased from BackMarket). Therefore it would’ve cost more to fix than it was worth. The iPhone 16 Plus arrived in good time & is in flawless condition- no signs of use at all. You’d think it was brand new from the Apple Store.

Excellent quality. I knew it was excellent from the listing but was expecting a few scuffs here and there, or a couple of scratches. Nope. Immaculate, as new. I'm loving it.

Bought the good condition thinking I’d be fine with a couple of slightly visible scratches, turns out there’s none at all! To the naked eye it looks completely brand new! Worth getting new battery as the capacity is amazing and the phone works perfectly! Money well spent!

The phone looks amazing and I thought that it would work fast and to an excellent standard but the phone seems to be quite slow and similar to my old iPhone 13 in how quick it goes from one thing to the next.
