ordered iphone 13 pro in excellent and the physical appearance looks near brand new. though i must say the battery life isn't as good as id hoped. was one of the main reasons i got a new phone, but it's a couple years old and refurbished its understandable. phone looks great and works very well. nice step up from my 11. i do recommend

True to the description, it only has some dirt on the camera ring and minimal screen marks that are barely visible, especially with a screen protector. The battery is at 87%, meeting the product's minimum recommendation of 85%. While I had hoped for a higher percentage, the phone functions perfectly, resembling a new iPhone with the screen protector on. Despite initial skepticism about buying a used or refurbished phone, but I was aiming to save for the next iPhone with actual significant changes. I'm content with my purchase. Anyway, After a month of use, I haven't found any issues aside from the mentioned ones. This information might be helpful for potential buyers. Must admit I was a bit dubious about ordering a refurbished iPhone from Back Market on line, but reading all the great comments I decided to go ahead… I definitely had no need to worry, my iPhone 13 Pro arrived on time, very well packed and in mint condition….. The cost was just under £500 for a “excellent condition”in gold coloured, just what I wanted, I am very pleased with my phone and would highly recommend anyone to use this company

First of all lemme say this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made this year, if you know me pretty well, you’ll know that I’m always straight up bout what’s wrong and what’s right, so that the line I normally sees ad bout back market but I don’t I’m really skeptical bout buying accessories or phone that’s refurbished or should I say second hand but in the other hands how am I gonna know if back market is truly legit or not if I don’t go through it, like purchase something and also to clear my mind so I decided to purchase IPHONE 13 Pro Sierra Blue 256GB (Fair Grade) I ordered the iPhone on Tuesday 12 December and also 3 months installment plan and I received the iPhone on Friday 15 December, it shoulda been 14 Thursday December but the DPD DELIVERY DRIVER MISSED ME, like I was upstairs playing 2K’s with my buddies and earlier noon on Wednesday 13 December the DPD package delivery company sent me a message telling me that my order package from Phone Direct UK will be deliver to me tomorrow 14 Thursday December - Friday 15 December and that I also I’ve 1hour slot in delivery so they’ll come 12:47-13-47 or tomorrow’s if I missed outta on them and my delivery guy the driver name ...

Really, really, really pleased with the iPhone 13 Pro that I received. It's my first iPhone - though I have already had a MacBook Pro and an iPad Pro for ages - and so obviously a little nervous about changing from Android to iOS. As I can't afford a new iPhone, refurbished was the next best option. Even during the Black Friday weekend, there was choice and some good prices. Having read quite a few negative reviews about what other people had received/experienced with Back Market: condition of phone, not so great customer service, and knowing of a possible problem with theft from the nearby dpd depot(!!), I had a few worries. There was no problem with delivery and I was informed about delivery dates and times. The phone I received seems to me to be in impeccable condition - I did choose one in "good" condition. Frankly, I can't find a scratch anywhere and knowing that it is refurbished (thus secondhand) I was prepared for wear and tear, but there is nothing. The battery is at 86% and I wish it were more BUT I am not worried about that. Great, i ordered the good condition and it came perfect, really happy about it and obviously saved a lot of money buying a refurbished phone instead of brand new. I also switched to a sim card payer only for monthly phone bill so that it’s cheaper than paying for the other alternative. Also arrived in around 3 days with the free shipping so probably no need to buy first class shipment.
