This is the first time I have ever bought a refurbished phone. I bought an iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition on Monday and it arrived next day. It looks brand new! And functions as new as well. Battery health very good at 86%. I am very pleased with the item and definitely will buy again from Backmarket.

Good quality and functioning phone arrived with an amount of wear acceptable for selected refurbishment type. Extra charge battery may not be exactly 100% but certainly a desirable amount of battery life for paying extra to get better battery

Bought the 13 Pro at Good condition very happy with it. Battery health at 93% and was only 2 little scuffs at the bottom of the phone which you can only see if you’re looking for it and get covered buy the case anyway. If you’re thinking of buying a refurbished phone then I would recommend doing it with black market

On the whole, really pleased with my experience on back market. Phone arrived promtly and is in excellent condition. There is only 86% battery which was less than I was expecting. Still getting used to it but really pleased to be able to purchase a reconditioned phones

I was really nervous about ordering refurbished after reading a mix of reviews but the phone is almost flawless! A couple small marks around the edge and one on the top of a camera lens (doesn’t affect pictures) but considering how much cheaper it was I’m happy with that! No scratches at all on screen or back. Batter life on 88% and also came with a screen protector. My boyfriend has used Back Market for an iPhone 13 Pro and has had the same great experience. Would use again and recommend to anyone!

Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro in a fair condition, thrilled and delighted with it. Couldn’t see any awful marks other than some feathering around the camera lens which doesn’t impinge on the performance at all. I did take a long time to decide whether to take the risk of buying reconditioned, I’m really pleased with my purchase and how it was delivered, well packaged and sent quickly.

I opted for the "excellent" rated iPhone 13 pro thinking I'd be getting something close to a like new recycled iPhone. I was a little disappointed that the phone had a few bits of dirt and grime around the lens and speaker. Nothing I could not clean off myself. And in fairness other than this the iPhone is is in excellent condition. When I managed to update to my previous settings (which was an ordeal but largely due to Apple and iOS 17.1 and no fault of backmarket nor with the iPhone) I learnt the battery health is only 87% which again was a little disappointing although within the boundaries backmarket sets. So overall the iPhone is perfectly as described and is a substantial upgrade on my old one at a fraction of the new price. I have no real complaints and will no doubt by refurbished again in the future. The communication from backmarket has been perfect too. If you are on the fence as to whether to buy refurbished or not I'd say go for it based on my experience.

The phone was is absolutely first rate condition. Wouldn't have know it was refurbished. Delivery was extremely quick, a minor 24hr delay due to a numpty delivery driver, but again, great customer service from DPD resolved that quickly. So overall could not recommend more highly. Will definitely use again when purchasing more devices.
