I bought a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro 256GB few months ago and very happy with my purchase so far. The phone arrived quickly and looked almost brand new, with only minor marks that are hardly noticeable. It performs flawlessly and has great battery life, camera, and I appreciate the significant savings compared to a new device. And also, surprised my with a brand new charger in the box.

I was really nervous about ordering refurbished after reading a mix of reviews but the phone is almost flawless! A couple small marks around the edge and one on the top of a camera lens (doesn’t affect pictures) but considering how much cheaper it was I’m happy with that! No scratches at all on screen or back. Batter life on 88% and also came with a screen protector. My boyfriend has used Back Market for an iPhone 13 Pro and has had the same great experience. Would use again and recommend to anyone!

Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro in a fair condition, thrilled and delighted with it. Couldn’t see any awful marks other than some feathering around the camera lens which doesn’t impinge on the performance at all. I did take a long time to decide whether to take the risk of buying reconditioned, I’m really pleased with my purchase and how it was delivered, well packaged and sent quickly.

I ordered the 13 Pro in good-grade condition and the body looked nearly flawless. Although the battery health is at 86% it is somewhat of an issue but it's still worth buying refurbished rather than spending nearly 800gbp for a new one. 10/10 would definitely recommend it.

Bought in fair condition. Item arrived quickly through Royal Mail. The sides and back are pretty much flawless. Had really good 89% battery health too. Few micro scratches on the screen which can be hidden with a screen protector. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy refurbished again next time. Thank you.
