Delivery was fairly slow although admittedly there was a bank holiday in the wait. The phone itself is fine except that the side switch - the one that blacks out the screen when you've finished what you're doing - is unresponsive. It will work but only after pressing it from various angles for a while.

Phone arrived before due date. Bought it as a present for my partner who had been using a Galaxy S3 mini which needed charging 2 to 3 times a day, even with new batteries. She's now getting used to the S7 and is loving it. It is in pristine condition and very good value for money. My experience of Back Market was tops. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time using the sight would recomend to anyone looking to purches a refurbished item delivery and updates are good from purchasing to your item arriving will use again in future

Super speedy delivery ! (this is my 2nd order) Unfortunatley the phone had a screen fault - these things happen. I sent it back on Monday, and had a replacement/refurbished phone back on the Friday - no complaints here. I have, and will continue to recommend !

I was delighted with my reconditioned Samsung S7 phone ordered from Back Market. It arrived next day delivery in excellent condition as described, including a few unexpected extras which were gratefully received. Only one thing missing from your customer service is a phone number for technical advice. I had a problem transferring photos from the phone to my PC and didn't know if this was a fault on the phone or a phone setting requiring attention. With no means of talking to anybody in Back Market, I had to search the internet for several hours before finding the cause and a solution to the problem. Your help system is too complex with multiple vague questions and ending up in only two options, namely to send it back or ask for a refund, neither of which was necessary in this instance. A bit of technical advice is all that I needed. Now that the proper USB configuration has been set on the phone, transferring photos to my PC is working fine and I'm happy with my purchase once more.

The first order was cancelled by the supplier. The second one arrived but was faulty. After waiting 24 hours for my messages to be read by Back Market I am going to return the item as it can not be used.

never imagined I would buy a "refurbished" phone but after getting some excellent feedback from someone who had dealt with Back Market I thought I`d give it a go well how surprised was I when the Samsung Galaxy S7 was delivered, honestly it was just like brand new I am really very pleased with it I can not recommend what you people do too highly, anyone who asks me about my "new" phone I will suggest they browse your site all in all I feel I got an awesome deal from Back Market and if I ever need another phone I will head straight for you people

I received my phone on time. Its condition is great. It was easy to set up and is operating well. So far so good. Thank you BackMarket and keep up the good work.

Arrived the day after order placed. Working perfectly 3 months later, (sorry for the late review!) despite an accidental swim and several drops. Thank you team Back Market. Saved me much moolah!!!

Phone arrived quick. As described. Condition was better than I thought so very pleased. Already looking at another purchase with yourself. Phone is a Xmas gift so is not yet fully tested. But with the service so far I doubt there will be issue. Will update. Well packaged. Even came with a sim eject tool. Nice little thought. Thanks again.!!
