I got the ultra for £733 at excellent condition! Thought it was gonna come in another packaging because it was "refurbished". but when it arrived, it was brand new, in it's original box! Like, I still got an unbox experience. Everything is functioning really well so far, will have to see months down the line confirm it's consistency but overall, I'm loving it!🙌🏻

I bought my refurbished Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB just over a month ago and am very happy with it. I've been buying refurbished phones for a few years, but this was a significant amount of money, so I did my research as it felt like more of a risk. However all has been good and I need not have worried - my new-to-me phone has felt like a new phone! This is also the first device I've bought without a memory card, so I wanted lots of storage. It took a long time to transfer everything, but was simple enough I'm very pleased with my phone and would buy from BackMarket again

My first time buying refurbished and it definitely won't be my last. Best way to buy some tech if your in need for the upgrade but may not have enough to pay full unreleased price. Very happy with my phone and I ordered excellent. It was excellent The only thing that worried me was for some reason if my phone didn't come with the pen but silly me. Anyways 10/10 !

This is my first refurbished phone i have brought online. The overall process was very simple to understand as well as simple to adjust. The phone itself is like new (selected "Excellent"). No issues at all. Would I use back market for phones and other electronics absolutely.
