arrived quickly and worked as described. The phone had a 'good' rating, which I think was an agreeable representation. does the job and was all in working order, just excessive cosmetic damage on the back which I personally would have put closer to an acceptable condition, but I can't argue with the price.

Submitted a faulty phone since mid Feb, up to now the refund system through hyperwallet doesn't work, link seems to be broken, they keep telling me to be patient at this date of writing. A simple refund to my PayPal account is turning into a nightmare and taking more than a month now. Nothing to do with the engagement of the service itself but the refund system is wrong and does not work. I just want my money back asap. Lost patience, reason why I am here as I don't have other options like calling and speaking to someone. I will escalate to other platforms as I have all the screenshots if I am not satisfied soon. I now regret telling people to use this website to actually purchase a phone here.

Je suis pleinement satisfait de mon achat. Mon Samsung galaxy note lite est en parfait état au point de si méprendre par rapport à un appareil neuf. Je conseille vivement de passer par Backmarket si l'on veut réaliser des économies. Bravo, merci.

Buenas tardes! Solicité el estado "muy bueno" para el teléfono y la verdad es que ha venido como nuevo. LLevo pocos días con él pero debo decir que estoy contenta con la compra, funciona muy bien. Es la primera vez que compro en esta web y de momento estoy contenta.

La commande s'est bien passée et le téléphone est ok. Par contre assez mécontente de la livraison, car il n'y avait pas de choix livraison domicile ou point relais, donc j'avais fait attention de pouvoir être livrée en entreprise en semaine , et le colis est arrivé en point relais !!! Avec pas de possibilités de le récupérer rapidement alors que mon téléphone était en panne ..Franchement pas terrible. Procédure à revoir dans ce cas.

En ce qui concerne le téléphone en lui-même il n'y a rien à redire. Il fonctionne parfaitement jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Par contre je suis très déçue quant à la livraison. J'ai pris l'option 5€ supplémentaire pour être livrée à domicile ayant un problème de véhicules. Nous nous sommes relevés afin d'être présents. Personne n'est passé. Et le colis a été livré en point relais sous prétexte d'absence. Le comble c'est que nous avons dû nous faire conduire à 15 km alors qu'il a plein de points relais à proximité de chez nous. TRÈS DECUE pour ce service.
