The phone had a 'good' rating, which I think was an agreeable representation. does the job and was all in working order, just excessive cosmetic damage on the back which I personally would have put closer to an acceptable condition, but I can't argue with the price.

Delivery was so quick. Ordered on Friday and delivered on Sunday. Phone is immaculate with only tiny marks which are hardly visible. Really really pleased and would buy from here again.

super condition and the best-refurbished items for the price

I intended to give a much higher rating originally, but then I noticed things. The phone runs great - can't complain about that. The problem is that I bought one in 'Very good' condition. 1) there is a very noticeable scratch on the back, which I don't really mind because I use a case... but it's definitely not invisible from 20+ cm. 2) I'd expect dust to be cleaned considerably better from connectors and especially the top speaker. 3) By far the worst issue - display burn-in. It's VERY noticeable when the screen goes white, so I don't understand how it could've been missed. As someone who uses the phone for drawing, it's something I deal with frequently. I like the phone and I'm glad to have it, but these issues shouldn't be a thing in a device sold as 'Very good condition'.
