Refurbished mobile arrived promptly and in excellent condition . transfer of apps and contacts from old phone very straight forward as was transfer of existing number. Transferring WhatsApp history was more challenging but worked in the end. Overall, I am delighted with the new phone.

Very pleased so far with the Pixel 6 Pro. I had to look for imperfections. The company which prepared the item seems to have done a really good job. The packaging was good, the battery life is much better than I expected. Everything seems to be pretty much spot on. I am very happy with my first purchase on Back Market.

Can’t comment on the phone other than it was in excellent condition for what was described as ‘fair’. Christmas present for my son so unable to say what battery life is like, but seemed ok when I was setting it up. Service was efficient.👍

Item arrived very quickly 👍, it arrived Loose in a small plastic bag, wrapped in a small A5 size bubble wrap in an A4 sized Jiffy bag....no box? 👎, looking at Onebuy.com I can buy this item brand new for a few quid less than this has cost refurbished👎. luckily the watch arrived in perfect condition but it was sent to me with very little care and consideration and is obviously overpriced.
