This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and I chose to play safe by choosing 'excellent ' condition from a respected brand in Samsung. It arrived very quickly and when unpacked was in as new condition. I couldn't tell that it was refurbished because there was no visible wear. The S20 is quick and the software is very good. Would I buy through Backmsrket again? Certainly.

Arrived quickly. Condition (pristine) was accurate - no marks or scratches. Set-up was fine just like a new phone (fairly easy with Samsung Smart Switch). Battery condition is good - retains charge well. A bargain compared to a new phone - and I prefer to use refurbished equipment as long as the condition, price and technology meet my needs. Full marks (so far).

First I want to say that I was pleased to receive the order earlier than I expected it. Second the phone is absolutely as described. I was a bit sceptical at the begging thinking that a refurbished phone will never be the same as the new one but now that I've received my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra all I can say that you can bet is new and not refurbished. Would I buy anything else from Back Market? Yeees, of course. I recommend 💯. Thank you 🙂

Ordered a refurbished phone through Back market - specifically sold by 4gadgets - and couldn't be happier. The phone is in absolutely perfect condition, and this is coming from someone who very fussy and meticulous about his devices. It was delivered earlier than expected by a full three days, so credit to the seller for such a quick dispatch. I always buy my phones brand new directly from Samsung,but thought I'd give a refurb a try after reading the reviews, and I made a massive saving. I highly recommend Back market and have done already to family members. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent condition - not a mark on this refurbished phone. As always the service from Black Market has been excellent. Deivered quickly and I have no issues so far. I will defiitely use Black Market in the future.

I bought the s22 ultra in fair condition a couple of weeks ago and it arrived in great condition. I was expecting a couple of scratches here and there but there is none clearly visible. So far the phone has worked great, the battery life is fine and I would happily recommend to by refurbished instead if new
