It was my first order from back market . And i had never bought a refurbished phone before but back market totally changed my mind. The phone i ordered was fair but it was like new . No scratches and with 89% battery health . Looking forward to buy more things from Back market .

Had heard of back Market but not used them before. Was in 2 minds whether to order from them but on reading reviews thought I would give them a try. Pleasantly surprised. The delivery was fast, the condition of the phone was better than expected . I had a note 20 ultra previously but changed for a different Samsung galaxy but couldn't get on with it and wanted to get another note 20 but as they no longer sell them new had to get a refurbished. Glad I did

Ordered a "Good" quality Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g phone and surprised as its almost like a brand new phone apart from a few cosmetic dints which were expected I suppose. Still to find out how battery performs over time but my wife is quiet impressed with the phone. Would definitely buy another phone from here as they've kept the word on quality of the phone. Keep up the good work and help the planet.

I seriously have a thrilling experience with Back market. I orderd a Fair condition phone when I received the phone it was in excellent condition I was amazed, but the phone had some bootloop and wifi disconnecting issue I send the phone back for a replacement and I received the replacement phone in 4days and it's in fair condition but I can surely say that it's a used phone not a refurbished and I love this thing everything is original even the Spen and it's quite pocket friendly then local market. I'm excited to shop again in future from Bank market and do recommend people to try to buy from them.

I’m wet happy. I chose a mobile described as fair condition, and I received one in excellent condition. I chose a new battery, so it is basically a Mobile in premium condition but for a fair price. It was a gift to a friend and it made it even better.

The Galaxy Tab S7plus proved to be better than I expected. I turned the Tab on and paired it with my Galaxy Note20 Ultra which took only 5 mins too copy all my apps and already had wifi data which worked immediately.

This is my 2nd purchase from back market. Very happy with my phone. Condition was listed as fair but it was alot better than I expected with only minimal cosmetic damage. Fast delivery and good price too, I would highly recommend 🙂

I'm very pleasantly surprised. Despite choosing the 'fair' option, I can't see a mark on this, though my eyesight isn't all that out was! It's always a bit traumatic for us oldies when we bite the bullet and change anything, let alone our phones, but the transfer was pretty straightforward. I've had great fun pimping it up and finding out what it can do over the last couple of days and I'm really happy with my purchase. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 was something I've been waiting for for a long time. I chose the excellent condition model as it had fewer damages. It takes getting use to as the front screen is rarely used. The Z fold 6 was the most up to date phone in the range. It's heavier and smaller than other phones. I like the way it becomes smaller for carrying around but has the bigger screen inside. I also like the ve that it has been refurbished and updated.

Excellent value for money. I ordered an iPhone 13 and was surprised at the excellent condition of the phone, including battery health at 84%. Delivery was timely and secure, and used recyclable packaging, and the phone was easy to set up. I’m very happy that I chose to buy a refurbished phone. I will use Back Market again and will recommend.
