Ordered a "Good" quality Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g phone and surprised as its almost like a brand new phone apart from a few cosmetic dints which were expected I suppose. Still to find out how battery performs over time but my wife is quiet impressed with the phone. Would definitely buy another phone from here as they've kept the word on quality of the phone. Keep up the good work and help the planet.

I bought a Google Pixel 6 from Back Market and overall, I’m very happy. The phone’s condition is very good and works smoothly. Battery performance is excellent—lasts all day without issues. The screen is clean and looks almost brand new. However, the sides of the phone have quite a few scratches. It’s not a big deal for me, considering the price I paid. Performance is fast and reliable for daily use. Delivery was quick and the packaging was secure. For a refurbished phone, this is a great deal. I’d definitely recommend Back Market to others.

Excellent value for money. I ordered an iPhone 13 and was surprised at the excellent condition of the phone, including battery health at 84%. Delivery was timely and secure, and used recyclable packaging, and the phone was easy to set up. I’m very happy that I chose to buy a refurbished phone. I will use Back Market again and will recommend.

I ordered an iPhone 13 in a ‘fair’ condition with a used - standard - battery …. What I received was an absolutely immaculate, pristine and blemish-free phone with a battery which has no problem charging to 100% every time and lasts for days !!! it arrived three days earlier than originally quoted too. I’ve never bought a refurbished phone before - in truth this is the first smartphone I’ve had need to purchase - and so I did so with a degree of apprehension but I am ABSOLUTELY delighted with both the product and the process and would certainly look towards BackMarket again in future

Great phone, always had a Samsung and not disappointed with the quality of this one. Never had a refurbished phone so will see how it goes. Very happy with the service and how fast from order to delivery as well. Will definitely order from Backmarket again!

Ordered two Samsung 24+ phones for me and my partner and so far these are fantastic. This is the second lot of phones we have had from Back Market and for a refurbished mobile phone we cannot fault Back Market for quality.

Purchased this phone for my partners birthday, she's a bit picky when it comes to refurbished equipment, but I shouldn't have worried phone in perfect condition and she loves it.It was despatched the same day and delivered the next.I would recommend you look at phones on here before spending your hard earned cash on a new phone.

The screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 had cracked. I looked to have the screen replaced. The cost would have been £170 for the repair. For a few pounds more I bought a reconditioned Galaxy S22. Superb condition, not a blemish on it (to my eyes) Thoroughly great value. Prompt delivery on the date suggested. My son first put me onto Back market a few years ago. I would certainly not go anywhere else to purchase a replacement mobile. From Back Market the mobiles are as good as new for a fraction of the price of a new mobile. Will definitely recommend Back Market
