Ordered a "Good" quality Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g phone and surprised as its almost like a brand new phone apart from a few cosmetic dints which were expected I suppose. Still to find out how battery performs over time but my wife is quiet impressed with the phone. Would definitely buy another phone from here as they've kept the word on quality of the phone. Keep up the good work and help the planet.

I bought a Google Pixel 6 from Back Market and overall, I’m very happy. The phone’s condition is very good and works smoothly. Battery performance is excellent—lasts all day without issues. The screen is clean and looks almost brand new. However, the sides of the phone have quite a few scratches. It’s not a big deal for me, considering the price I paid. Performance is fast and reliable for daily use. Delivery was quick and the packaging was secure. For a refurbished phone, this is a great deal. I’d definitely recommend Back Market to others.

The screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 had cracked. I looked to have the screen replaced. The cost would have been £170 for the repair. For a few pounds more I bought a reconditioned Galaxy S22. Superb condition, not a blemish on it (to my eyes) Thoroughly great value. Prompt delivery on the date suggested. My son first put me onto Back market a few years ago. I would certainly not go anywhere else to purchase a replacement mobile. From Back Market the mobiles are as good as new for a fraction of the price of a new mobile. I bought my refurbished Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB just over a month ago and am very happy with it. I've been buying refurbished phones for a few years, but this was a significant amount of money, so I did my research as it felt like more of a risk. However all has been good and I need not have worried - my new-to-me phone has felt like a new phone! This is also the first device I've bought without a memory card, so I wanted lots of storage. It took a long time to transfer everything, but was simple enough I'm very pleased with my phone and would buy from BackMarket again

My first time buying refurbished and it definitely won't be my last. Best way to buy some tech if your in need for the upgrade but may not have enough to pay full unreleased price. Very happy with my phone and I ordered excellent. It was excellent The only thing that worried me was for some reason if my phone didn't come with the pen but silly me. Anyways 10/10 !

The phone was perfect. I was a bit skeptical about buying a refurbished phone especially in a fair condition but I was amazed with what I got. The phone doesn't look scratch or damaged and the battery is in good condition as well. I 100% recommend buying their products without fear

I ordered samsung s21 ultra,and it comes in very good condition. There are no scratches on the phone at all. It works like a new one . I would recommend to everyone it's better to buy refurbished on a half price than pay full price at store for a new one.

The seller was quick to ship the item, and it arrived in pristine condition. The only flaw was that there was a blockage in audio, but I took this to Apple who quickly ran a diagnostic and cleaned out the speakers. All other checks came back clear and they advised the phone was in great condition. Would definitely recommend if wanting to buy a refurbished phone, as the price was extremely competitive and the condition is brilliant.
