Initially had trouble getting it to copy data from old phone (it took several attempts where it just stalled for many hours) but eventually it worked. Its now operating very well.

You wouldn’t know this product is not new. It works perfectly. There’s so much to it I’ve got a lot of new updates to learn since my last max book pro from 2011! Well worth spending the extra money for the excellent quality and newer model, and certainly better to buy a refurb - saving money and helping with the amount of waste we produce by constantly buying new. So thank you. I’m very pleased with it. I cannot see any visible scratches and it’s very good quality sound and picture.

Ordered an excellent condition iPhone Xs, it was delivered really quickly and was indeed in excellent condition, it even came with a new (after market) charger and charging cable. Very pleased with the service, would definitely buy from Back Market again.

I wasn't sure about buying a refurbished phone but the reviews for this site meant I decided to give it a go. I am so pleased I did! The phone I bought was classed as 'excellent' and when it came it was actually immaculate - and a saving of £100 on a new one. The only problem with my order was that the charging cable was the wrong one. I contacted the seller and they replied quickly (on a Sunday!) and gave me a partial refund straight away. I will definitely be using Back Market for any future phone purchases.
