Started off on the old Macs and then an iMac. Prices converted me to android. Very happy to be playing with an iPad now.

The phone arrived in timely manner and was as good as new. Battery life is great. The only fault I've found is that on messenger the third name in line doesn't show, instead there's a black space. I can live with this.

Very happy with my purchase, my only gripe is that it didn't come in a box, just bubble wrap and as it was a Christmas present for my mum, this was disappointing

Initially had trouble getting it to copy data from old phone (it took several attempts where it just stalled for many hours) but eventually it worked. Its now operating very well.

You wouldn’t know this product is not new. It works perfectly. There’s so much to it I’ve got a lot of new updates to learn since my last max book pro from 2011! Well worth spending the extra money for the excellent quality and newer model, and certainly better to buy a refurb - saving money and helping with the amount of waste we produce by constantly buying new. So thank you. I’m very pleased with it. I cannot see any visible scratches and it’s very good quality sound and picture.

Ordered an excellent condition iPhone Xs, it was delivered really quickly and was indeed in excellent condition, it even came with a new (after market) charger and charging cable. Very pleased with the service, would definitely buy from Back Market again.
