    Initially had trouble getting it to copy data from old phone (it took several attempts where it just stalled for many hours) but eventually it worked. Its now operating very well.

    iPhone copied data from old phone then forced a software update (no way to not accept it), then it froze with spinning icon looking like it was doing the upgrade but it never completed in over 5 hours. I'm resetting it to try again. I went through the same process with another iPhone 6SP that I got from you a few weeks ago and that one had no hitches and is working fine.

    Was wrong model and customer service is really bad and the phone was not unblocked on the network I was using it stated I phone 6 s plus I got iPhone 6. I believed all the flashy reviews and top website but was very wrong just awaiting for my ref

    I understand that I bought the iPhone in "fair" condition but what I received was rather disgusting. The product had what is seemed to be some sort of food/filth inside the speakers, charging port, as well as finger marks all over the screen. I was contemplating to send it back there and then but decided to give it a proper clean as I assumed that's what I get for the price I paid for it. Booted up the iPhone which was fine at first but after a few minutes the iPhone became abnormally hot. Checked the battery health and it was at 100% which is rather concerning considering its an old iPhone, meaning that they've replaced the battery with a cheap made one in order to make it sellable on BackMarket. 50% battery only lasted me enough time to set up the iPhone. In the end I ordered an iPhone 7 plus from a different seller for roughly the same price which arrived in mint condition for the age it is. Anyways, apologies for the rant. Am just rather annoyed with what I receive and probably would suggest looking at other sellers instead.
