Back Market has done it again! Having purchased a refurbished phone from them a couple of years ago, when my Inspire 2 needed replacing I purchased an Inspire 3. Hands up, I did try the warehouse division of a well known online retailer first, god knows why. Their item arrived in a crushed box, missing info leaflet, and a charger which did not fit the device. It went back immediately which was when I thought to look on Back Market. Hurrah! The item arrived faster than promised, in perfect condition, with the correct charger, and full information. Thank you and Back Market is my go-to place for tech from now on.

the watch is for my mother who suffers occasional Atrial fibrillation. so far it is monitoring her heart and will be useful to show the doctors. no complaints 👌

My old Fitbit Blaze gave up so bought this Versa 3 refurbished and it’s perfect for me, I only need the basic functions from a smartwatch and this fits the bill perfectly, arrived on time and condition is excellent, well done Back Market

The condition was great. This was my second time trying to buy a secondhand Fitbit. The first from a different vender didn't go so well, so I was pleased that back market had assurances of the watch being unlocked and guaranteed. Really happy with the purchase.

I am having great difficulty in setting up my Versa smartwatch I have been trying on and off for a couple of days but still not getting anywhere, I have had 2 of these Versa smartwatchs previously and never had any problems installing them but unfortunately this one I am finding impossible, can you help?

Excellent watch came with charger , packed great no damage to box or item …. Very pleased I purchased an iPhone 14 around 4months ago and still going great no problems whatsoever….. will continue to buy off here for any future devices , excellent site and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Buying was easy and straightforward. I found what I was looking for quickly and there were a few options. Delivery process was not so great. DPD are a nightmare in my area so item anguished in the depot for a few days with no attempt at delivery. As a signature is required I was getting worried that I would be back to work and unable to receive delivery. However, after contacting Backmarket it was finally delivered today. item is great, very pleased and happy with it.
