I'm delighted with my purchase. With this Ninja I can bake cakes, steam and pressure cook, fry, grill... every day I enjoy how practical it is. I liked it so much that I will buy a second one for my mother.

Impressive, if they tell me it's brand new I believe it, everything smells new and the first test I've done has been great, if there are any changes I'll tell you, but for now it's a 10/10. The box comes complete with all instructions and accessories.

It's the first time I buy a reconditioned product, and although I had my doubts and fears... I can't be happier! I have observed the machine well, and it has no scratches or anything! If they told me it was new... I would believe it!

Very good but no instructions, no recipe book, it was a bit complicated to find out how to use it. It's a shame, we should think about reselling products with at least the instructions. Otherwise a very good reconditioned product

Fast and secure delivery. Pleasant surprise with the robot and even more so with the reconditioned one. It was a first and so far a very good experience. The Moulinex companion is very quiet and does its job very well.

No detailed description of what was in the lot or what has been reconditioned. The food processor itself is as good as new and the rest is in good condition but very dirty. I got a bowl and a whisk as extras, but above all all the chopper options, i.e. 2 other sets of utensils included. And no matter how much I reread what I bought, it wasn't marked as included.

Well-packaged parcel, arrived on the advertised date. This is a birthday present for 31 December. We hope it works well but we did not try it before giving it. Our daughter knows it's reconditioned...

As far as shipping was concerned, the food processor was very well protected, which avoided the inconveniences that can sometimes occur. The food processor arrived in its original box, with all the accessories, and even the recipe book! Everything was clean and as good as new. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about, even after using it a few times. I don't regret my purchase at all :)

Hello, As an avid Back Market customer, it's only natural that when I need an appliance, I visit the site first. I ordered the latest version of a compact cook food processor that I had. When I ordered it, it was sold with a 5 litre bowl. I was disappointed to find that it was only 2L like my old one. I'm keeping the item but I have to admit I was a bit disgusted. I wish you an excellent day and invite you to be perhaps more precise in the description of your articles. Kind regards, Joanne
